JT Hill: I just called this place today to make an appointment at 12:30. It went to voice-mail. Message said our office takes lunch at 1pm to 2pm.I left my name and contact info. Customer service calls back 15 minutes later, worst customer service. Was not welcoming, very inpatient, while I was gathering my information she requested. As a new patient trying to schedule an appointment, I will not call back again. Unpleasant
Jah Carter: Had a bad taste in my mouth about Aspen Dental, I originally went to get a tooth pulled & ended up getting all types of cleanings/fillings I did not ask for and sticked with a $5,000 bill which I did not even receive all treatment because I was so fed up with them.
I was terrified to try another dental place especially one offering walk ins. I am beyond happy I found this location. I had a chipped wisdom tooth that was giving me hell on & off. I went in the receptionist was super friendly & informative the wait was a lil long but so worth it very quick process.
My X-ray was taken, the specialist came in commented on my other wisdom teeth but focused on what I was initially there for & off to overview my payment plan which was very affordable (I don’t have insurance) then back to prep for the procedure.
The woman who took my x ray & prepped me was also very attentive & helped make the process simple & quick. The specialist was great super polite guy. I was so scared but the process was not painful AT ALL. I was very tense in anticipation for pain but it never came & I am so grateful. This experience was beyond pleasant and I will definitely be back when it’s time for my other wisdom teeth to come out!
Annmarie mARSHALL: My second round with braces and hands down the best experience I had from last orthodontist treatment I went through with another place. Dr.Patel was super nice and the young lady who assisted him during my consultation. Down to the receptionist and the lady who took my payment was super nice. It was very busy today but Dr.Patel reached out to me to let me know he apologized we didn’t speak more but tbh I felt no type of way because he definitely had a positive attitude when we first met. Great team he have in that office.
Bionca Barnswell: My first appointment with them was 2/13. I haven’t been to the dentist in years just because of my anxiety and fear of the dentist. This dental office is wonderful. I can’t even put into words. I know that I have a lot of work that needs to be done, but they made me feel comfortable. They didn’t shame me. They were like they’re gonna get me right and most of all they were not all about the money. I have went to other dental office and they tried to get over when he came to using my insurance overcharging me. They were wonderful and I can’t wait for my final results with all my work. The staff were professional and nice. I love it!
Allen Ross: The staff was phenomenal best dentist visit I’ve had from a customer service standpoint! Dentist and assistant were very detailed, and provided a clear picture of what measures were needed to regain healthy gums and teeth. Last but not lease CHLOE is a rockstar words can’t describe the level of customer service, knowledge and overall understanding she provided! Very pleased overall and this will be my Dental team going forward.
