1 /5 Celeste Scott: Scheduled a new patient appointment, was informed that it was a two visit process for evaluation and then cleaning. No problem. I arrived and completed the necessary documents within 15 minutes. I then waited another 45 minutes with no one else in the waiting area. Based on my experience, there was one other patient present during this time. I inquired about how much longer it would be and was quickly taken to have bitewing x rays and the panoramic x ray. I then waited another 15 minutes without being seen or told what I was waiting for. I decided to leave and was told by Pam, the office manager, I was not their only patient and new appointments take longer. Im honestly not sure why.
If new patient appointments, take a long time (an hour plus) you all should inform folks when calling to schedule. I will not be back.
