5 /5 Carol Bell: I love Drew the hygienist. She really cares about making her patients feel comfortable when we get old, gums are receding and sensitive and she chooses to take the softer approach to bring the stress level to a minimum. I missed seeing Sam and was able to connect more with Melissa and a new staff member Shana. They make you feel like you are family! Oh and Dr Kim is amazing and so knowledgeable regarding dentistry!

5 /5 Linda: Great staff. They remind you of appointments numerous times so you do not forget….it is amazing. Everything is state of the art. They are awesome about checking your insurance for benefits to assist in making procedure decisions.

1 /5 K C: If I could give zero stars I would. I sat in this office for 4 hours. 4 hours?! I had a routine cleaning appointment. During my visit, person after person came in telling me I needed to buy this and buy that and have all this extra work done. I declined and advised I just wanted my routine cleaning, which was included in my insurance plan. I continued to sit there and wait. Then they come in and tell me they wouldn’t even give me a regular cleaning. Went to a different doctor for second opinion on all the ‘required’ work I needed, per this office. And NONE of it was needed. What a scam and a waste of time.

Anytime I come into the office She greets me with a smile and pays attention to details even asking me if I need to reschedule for an appointment and or providing me Dr. Excusesfor those appointments. I can’t thank her enough for her. Awesome Customer service.

1 /5 Ash Ables: After an hour and a half cleaning appointment, I can truly say that this dentist should be avoided. They try to upsell you on what your insurance does not cover, in a way that maybe old or naive would fall for. It was very predatory, sad. I was able to go to another dental office in the area.
