1 /5 Sammy N: Total waste of time. Booked an appointment for an emergency extraction. Arrived at the clinic only to be informed my name is not on the list. Had spoken to the lady at the front desk for 10mins making enquiries. They even called me back to confirm theyd be able to accomodate me. Then turn around and say they dont find my name after i show up. I repeat, TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.!!! Incase you book an appointment, be sure to call the incompetent front desk lady before you make the trip just to be sure you have a slotted time!

Kaii: My whole family loves Koch Orthodontics! My three brothers have been coming here, and my mom is also a patient, so I’ve seen how great their service is for years. Everyone is super friendly, the office is clean and welcoming, and they always make sure you’re comfortable. Today was my first official appointment, and I already feel like I’m in good hands. They take the time to explain everything, and the energy here is really positive. Definitely recommend Koch if you’re looking for an orthodontist who actually cares!

Chantell Wilson: This is quite possible the worst company that I’ve had dental work with. From the beginning I felt like it was all about money. The procedure I had done was extremely painful because she refused to numb the entire area up while doing my cleaning and filling. She just numbed the one tooth she was working on knowing I had a painful open tooth right next to it. I paid everything I was supposed to at the office in May. October comes around and I start getting an outstanding balance message in the mail then in messages then my email. I’ve called this location several times while they were still operating and no one responded. I’ve had my insurance company call them and no response. This doctor is very dishonest. Not only does my insurance company point out that they overcharged me but now they’re trying to send my paid services to collections. It’s very frustrating, considering you can’t even get work done there if you don’t pay upfront.

I had a tooth go bad over a weekend and as we travel in an rv we have no local dentist, but when we called the office on a Monday morning with how sick I was with a bad tooth, they said to get there ASAP and theyd be able to fix me up!!
