I am a special case in that I have instilled fears and anxieties from past dentist not being very kind. But I have never met such a caring and compassionate Dentist like John Hopkins and Staff! He and his staff go above and beyond to provide optimal care with TLC! Highly recommend for all of your dental needs. You will not be disappointed! Me and my Hubby love them!

I felt almost no pain during a surgical extraction, and I was literally back to work half an hour later. He also took out my wisdom teeth years ago and did a great job with that. My sister-in-law has been seeing him for 20 years and change and assures me that this is the norm for him.

Richard Chaney: My experience with Jackson Family Dentistry was very positive from the beginning. I first went there on a high word-of-mouth recommendation from a relative. I had several teeth removed and a set of dentures made. He was the least painful of any dentist Ive ever seen, and the quality of the dentures was excellent! They werent clunky but fit very well and look good. I cant get over how well the bite lines up and how well I can chew now. I cant say enough about the courteousness and professionalism he and his staff exhibit. Add a nice family touch and work-friendly business hrs., and you have a perfect example of how its done. Anita Mann: I cant say enough good things about how wonderful Dr. Lucas and his staff are when working on my teeth. They are extremely professional. Its obvious they work as one team. Dr. Lucas explains what he is going to do, there is little to no wait time, and he is just a great guy that happens to be a great dentist. With Dr. Lucas and his assistants demeanor, Id also highly recommend him for children. Also, if you are a person that is concerned about dentists using possible toxic materials in their teeth. Rest easy. Dr. Lucas uses none of that stuff. I love his staff as well! Shout out to Miss Faye who has cleaned my teeth my entire life. She watched me grow up, and I love her to pieces. I highly recommend him and his staff 100 percent for all ages!

Bobby Braddock: This is by far the best experience in any doctor office much less a dentist… from Cindy answering the phone, Denise handling the financial/scheduling of the office, Whitney is a god send, she wears many hats and absolutely the best at what she does, then Dr Peavy!! Never have I had a surgery of any kind and they made me the most comfortable I’ve ever felt in any doctors office care.. never even had to tell them my name after the first visit, and no I’m not George Clooney, they just know their patients.. had a major procedure and never felt a thing, accommodated my concerns exactly like I wanted.. Dr Peavy was very gentle and so compassionate, he called me @8:30 the night after my surgery to check in on me (yes him personally).. would recommend this practice 1000% if I could!!

Rain Salo: This is the worst dentist you could ever have. Please do not come to this dentist because you will be wasting your time, period! I dont know how they do their schedules but we have been waiting for two and half freaking hours! We came here 35 minutes early from our appointment and ended up waiting for that long. We will be changing our dentist. It is okay if this happens one time but this is the third time. I rather drive an hour to go to a decent dentist than going here. I dont usually leave reviews but this is ridiculously crazy. The dentists are fine but the scheduling is sucks. All plans today are all rescheduled because of this. Please do change the person who does the scheduling and also the person in the front desk. No customer service at all!
