1 /5 Rain Salo: This is the worst dentist you could ever have. Please do not come to this dentist because you will be wasting your time, period! I dont know how they do their schedules but we have been waiting for two and half freaking hours! We came here 35 minutes early from our appointment and ended up waiting for that long. We will be changing our dentist. It is okay if this happens one time but this is the third time. I rather drive an hour to go to a decent dentist than going here. I dont usually leave reviews but this is ridiculously crazy. The dentists are fine but the scheduling is sucks. All plans today are all rescheduled because of this. Please do change the person who does the scheduling and also the person in the front desk. No customer service at all!

1 /5 Delphine Anderson: My kids have been going to this dentists office ever since Dr Hurst was there, then they changed to Dr bethea for some reason. My kids are now teens, thats how long they had been going. So last year during the times when they were understaffed and taking forever I had to reschedule my kids appointments maybe three times since theyve been going. So I call to see if I could schedule an appointment for them and was told if you have 3 cancelations or appointment changes they drop you as a patient something they could have been told me. The fact that I had to reschedule do to their lack of staff and having to wait hours before my kids were seen, and then having to move my work schedule around to try to fit their understaffed scheduling, I was really shocked that they did that. But its cool Im looking for them a dentists that doesnt scare then while shaking with sharp objects in their mouth.

1 /5 Brittni Lane: I have never in my life met such a miserable, rude office staff. The Doctor himself is a very nice man. The women he has working for him are the absolute worst. I will never take my children back to this office.

1 /5 Amazing Amy: I like Dr. Bethea. But the STAFF????? Absolutely not. I stay one hour from Waycross but Id rather drive 5 hours out of town to get better service. You feel like youre checking into hell with the receptionists. Like... this is a CHILDRENS dentist! Why so many attitudes? The dental assistants were nice. But.. please avoid going here. Im canceling my sons second appointment TODAY and driving to Statesboro. UPDATE: Statesboro Pediatric Dentistry was AMAZING. Amazing is an understatement. Im so happy I chose them. Dr. Wasdin is over the top wonderful!!!! I seriously recommend them to anyone. Its soooo worth the drive!!!!!!!!!!!

1 /5 Cletus Barton: As a person, I like Dr.Bethea. From a professional standpoint I wouldnt recommend this place. The staff is less than subpar. The treatment plan is a dictatorship. If you decline ANY PART of it, you will be banned from coming back. I refused to have a tooth pulled on my 6 year old thats about to fall out naturally, and is causing no pain or infection. His staff could call to verify our appointment, but couldnt let us know we were going to come all the way there today to be turned away.
