Lisa Thompson The staff at the Aspen Dental office were awesome and they really showed like they care about your issues and knew what they can do to help solved the problems by fixing your teeth just the way you wanted them to fix your teeth. Rhonda Jones The wait time was too long but I understand being a new patient. They just kept too long. Just need to work on not keeping a patient sitting hours and moving them around so much. I moved around 5xs.Everything should be done in 1 or 2 moves. Everything was a long wait but overall the doctor removed my tooth in a few minutes time. It was well worth the wait. I would recommend him anytime. I wasnt feeling well when I got there but I felt better leaving. Thanks for an amazing experience. I will be back soon.

dawn rowland My first experience was wonderful. They was all very nice very attentive. And explained to me very well to my understanding. They knew I was scared and nervous and yet they made me feel very at ease. Now I go back on the eighth for my dental work. Ill let you know how that goes. Lol

He and his staff were the most caring, kind hearted team and helped me through my anxiety and fear with alot of patience . I am a special case in that I have instilled fears and anxieties from past dentist not being very kind. But I have never met such a caring and compassionate Dentist like John Hopkins and Staff! The office is exceptionally clean and Dr. Smith, Dr. Manus and the staff are always very friendly and caring. I have always used Dr. Smith and his attention to detail is phenomenal.

Rain Salo This is the worst dentist you could ever have. Please do not come to this dentist because you will be wasting your time, period! I dont know how they do their schedules but we have been waiting for two and half freaking hours! We came here 35 minutes early from our appointment and ended up waiting for that long. We will be changing our dentist. It is okay if this happens one time but this is the third time. I rather drive an hour to go to a decent dentist than going here. I dont usually leave reviews but this is ridiculously crazy. The dentists are fine but the scheduling is sucks. All plans today are all rescheduled because of this. Please do change the person who does the scheduling and also the person in the front desk. No customer service at all!

Delphine Anderson My kids have been going to this dentists office ever since Dr Hurst was there, then they changed to Dr bethea for some reason. My kids are now teens, thats how long they had been going. So last year during the times when they were understaffed and taking forever I had to reschedule my kids appointments maybe three times since theyve been going. So I call to see if I could schedule an appointment for them and was told if you have 3 cancelations or appointment changes they drop you as a patient something they could have been told me. The fact that I had to reschedule do to their lack of staff and having to wait hours before my kids were seen, and then having to move my work schedule around to try to fit their understaffed scheduling, I was really shocked that they did that. But its cool Im looking for them a dentists that doesnt scare then while shaking with sharp objects in their mouth.

lindsey Arnold Almost knocked my two front teeth out and chipped my front tooth on a Thursday night. I called ALL over and no where was open on a Friday morning, except for Griffis Southern Dental. I decided to give them a try and I’m beyond glad I did. The staff from the front to the back was amazing. Dr. Griffis himself is wonderful and very informative. He was so gentle with my mouth that I didn’t even feel the numbing shot(and I’m a cry baby) I can’t say enough good things about this office. They broke down my insurance and payment so I wasn’t taken by surprise when I checked out. 10 stars if I could!!!

Bobby Braddock This is by far the best experience in any doctor office much less a dentist… from Cindy answering the phone, Denise handling the financial/scheduling of the office, Whitney is a god send, she wears many hats and absolutely the best at what she does, then Dr Peavy!! Never have I had a surgery of any kind and they made me the most comfortable I’ve ever felt in any doctors office care.. never even had to tell them my name after the first visit, and no I’m not George Clooney, they just know their patients.. had a major procedure and never felt a thing, accommodated my concerns exactly like I wanted.. Dr Peavy was very gentle and so compassionate, he called me @8:30 the night after my surgery to check in on me (yes him personally).. would recommend this practice 1000% if I could!!

Richard Chaney My experience with Jackson Family Dentistry was very positive from the beginning. I first went there on a high word-of-mouth recommendation from a relative. I had several teeth removed and a set of dentures made. He was the least painful of any dentist Ive ever seen, and the quality of the dentures was excellent! They werent clunky but fit very well and look good. I cant get over how well the bite lines up and how well I can chew now. I cant say enough about the courteousness and professionalism he and his staff exhibit. Add a nice family touch and work-friendly business hrs., and you have a perfect example of how its done. Kristie Anderson Jackson Family dentistry was my childhood dentistry in my hometown. I was visiting my hometown this past weekend and found myself with a severe tootheache late on a Friday. My mom, who still goes to Dr. Jackson reached out to them to see if I could come in on Saturday. Remarkably they opened up their practice Friday night after the football game to treat me. Never in my life have I received such service from a medical practice. They were so courteous and kind even at that late hour. They are fantastic people and great dentists!

michele walker Ive been going to Dr. Jacksons office for many years. Everyone there is professional and courteous. I am disabled as a chronic pain patient, and Dr. Jackson has always gone out of his way to make sure Im as comfortable as possible and that he causes me the least amount of pain as possible. His manner is very comforting. The hygienist who does the teeth cleaning is particularly friendly, personable, and pleasant. Although often its difficult to get them on the phone, when I have an emergency, they will see me that day, even after normal business hours. I dont know of another dentist in the area who will do that.

Noah Lugeons Great bedside manner, very friendly staff, well maintained facilities, and, most importantly, hes a very competent dentist. I felt almost no pain during a surgical extraction, and I was literally back to work half an hour later. He also took out my wisdom teeth years ago and did a great job with that. My sister-in-law has been seeing him for 20 years and change and assures me that this is the norm for him.

Karen Bowen-Jordan Friendly, helpful staff. Dr. Peavey is the best!. He is a perfectionist and does very meticulous work. He talks things over with you, explains everything in laymens terms, and doesnt leave you in the dark and uninformed. He is very compassionate and always strives to insure that you dont experience any pain. Stays up to date on all of the latest dental procedures by continually attending additional training. All of the staff members are also just as friendly and personable!

Shay Spetlewis Let me first say I am grateful for finding this clinic because we don’t have insurance and my husband was just about blind in both eyes because of Cataracts. And certainly grateful for information we have learned. We live 30 miles from Waycross and we were told we had to see there medical staff all though we used McKinney Medical in Folkston ( where we live ) We had already seen Dr.William Clark in Waycross who is the Ophthalmologist who will perform the surgery and the first appointment was free but the Light house and or lions club will actually pay for surgery. We were told by Lisa who is in charge at a pre screening that we had to see their medical staff which meant driving to Waycross every time my husband needed to see the doctor that we shouldn’t need/see 2 Doctors. We went today and I was very shocked when I asked what I should do when he needs his prescription filled. Which he only takes 2, one being Adderall, and she answered VERY QUICKLY, that they are a Christian Organization and do not prescribe medications like that. After thinking about her response (all day ) ....I thought well that is RELIGION SPEAKING and not CHRISTIANTY. So I will say an extra prayer for her and Kingdom Cares tonight.

Anita Mann I cant say enough good things about how wonderful Dr. Lucas and his staff are when working on my teeth. They are extremely professional. Its obvious they work as one team. Dr. Lucas explains what he is going to do, there is little to no wait time, and he is just a great guy that happens to be a great dentist. With Dr. Lucas and his assistants demeanor, Id also highly recommend him for children. Also, if you are a person that is concerned about dentists using possible toxic materials in their teeth. Rest easy. Dr. Lucas uses none of that stuff. I love his staff as well! Shout out to Miss Faye who has cleaned my teeth my entire life. She watched me grow up, and I love her to pieces. I highly recommend him and his staff 100 percent for all ages!

jessica lanier Unsure of the owner to this establishment, a lady by the name of Lonnie which said she is the owner is very rude. When answering she says we are not taking patients an hangs up, upon calling back to gather further information she continues to hang up without answering any questions. Horrible customer service, apparently they do not need any business nor are they concerned for patients in need of assistance.
