However, my recent interactions with the front office staff, particularly Nadine, have been consistently disappointing.
Despite reaching out multiple times via phone calls, my inquiries were blatantly ignored, leaving me feeling undervalued as a patient.
While I have always appreciated Dr.Woollery expertise and compassionate care, the incompetence and unresponsiveness of the front office staff have become increasingly untenable.
Its evident that the revolving door of employees is symptomatic of deeper issues within the practice, ultimately compromising, the patient experience.
Regrettably, after years of loyalty, I have made the difficult decision to seek dental care elsewhere. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback
for the improvement of customer service standards within the practice.
