My care team of Dr.Short and Fatima and LaRhonda made me feel really at ease.they also have a unique friends and family payment plan designed for those without insurance. scheduling an appt was super easy. they also send helpful text updates. Susan Creeden Marietta Dental Associates is wonderful. They are a private practice with no quotas to meet, and they do not try to upsell you. My mother went here for many years. I have changed to this dental office, too. My teeth were cleaned by Lisa and she did a thorough job, sparkly white. Dr Robinson is very caring, and a member of the Marietta community. The employees have worked there for many years. That truly tells you about the culture at this professional practice.

Caroline Ward Atlanta West Dentristy is staffed by personable and knowledgeable people. The secretaries are very easy to work with. My hygienist was very thorough. This practice goes the extra mile to take care of your oral health- at your first appointment, they take x-rays, photos, and complete a full health exam. Dr. Nguyen provided compassionate care, answered all of my questions, and was calming/reassuring. I will definitely be returning back to this practice.

She explained everything clearly and walked us through what was going to happen every step of the way. Tyler, the dental hygienist, was thorough and made Stacey feel comfortable during the cleaning. Dr. Goggins was excellent, professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. While I was waiting for my daughter to finish her cleaning, a young man that worked there walked by and kindly asked if I was doing okay. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Miriam was also wonderful, she was funny and comical, which made understanding the bill so much easier. I’m very pleased with the care she received and would highly recommend this office!

Dental procedures can be a bit scary, but he and his team were super careful and gentle with me. And let’s not forget, Dr. Rafael is incredibly confident and comfortable with the dental tools, which made the whole experience really pleasant. Plus, he’s just such eye candy!

Jailyn Robinson Do not go here. This office is a SCAM. Beware of this Dentist office. I could give them 0 stars if I could. My husband was seen at this location in July of 2024. In January of 2025 we received a bill with no information, just pay us now. Upon calling them it was for his visit in July 2024. Upon further research into the bill with the insurance company this office submitted the claim incorrectly. Instead of fixing their mistake they found it easier to bill us. Insurance gets an at cost rate for treatment, while we would have to pay the bill in full. I advised the office that insurance was going to send them the bill after I submitted the claim correctly. I called to do multiple follow ups with them to advise them of the status of the claim (even though they could do it themselves). This was all to avoid debt collection on my husbands credit. The end of March we receive notice they have sold the bill to debt collection after numerous attempts of communication (email and phone call). I called them and they stated the bill had been paid and STILL sent to collections. This office is unprofessional and unorganized. I beg you to not make the same mistake we did and trusting they have your best interest in mind.

AC OJ I’ve been going to EC Family Dentistry for about a year now and have had nothing but exceptional experiences. They are thorough, professional, efficient, friendly and caring with their patients. The receptionists are always bright, friendly faces and are always happy to answer your questions. Terrence has been the best hygienist I have ever seen. He makes you feel like a friend and is excellent at educating without being condescending. I also had a great experience with Dr. Osley although she is longer practicing at that location. I absolutely cannot recommend this practice enough.

brad heath Worst experience ever. I went in for a regular cleaning, you know twice a year regular maintenance. I went in and they start taking measurements, dentist comes in (in the chair for 20 min at this point with no work done) and they went for a HARD up sale while I was in the chair. I needed a deep cleaning, crown, etc etc. I said I just wanted a regular cleaning and I will think about the treatment plan and schedule accordingly. The hygienist said that he couldn’t do a regular cleaning that he could lose his license. I went in for a regular cleaning which they should have done and then talk about treatments and possible needed work. The whole experience made me feel like a number. Even if I have the most jacked up grill, I still need them cleaned.

My hygienist, Robin, was incredibly kind and made me feel completely at ease. Kingsley Dr. Mercke has been an incredible dentist since I came as a new patient January of this year! Exceptional work on my broken teeth and subsequent crowns; hes also very friendly, and made me feel included in my treatment plan.

Cody McQuillen Received multiple inaccurate bills. Paid at office using self pay for one amount, was then billed for additional once we got home, which I explained should not have happened since I self paid for the TOTAL before leaving the office. They then refunded me $99 dollars (I thought this should be the end of this). Then a few weeks later they sent me a bill for $231 additional dollars out of nowhere when we havent visited the dentist since. The billing person stated that their system was dysfunctional and had errors between both mine and my wifes accounts and was not accurate. They also stated, "Im not sure where they got the initial $171 dollars that you paid in the office". After all of this trouble, I will be switching dentist offices, as I cannot deal with the constant errors and incompetence working with them to resolve issues they should be covering on their end by being accurate, thorough, and providing the correct prices the first time. At first, I enjoyed this dentist, but it has been going DRASTICLY down-hill recently and I will be taking my business elsewhere that is more organized. I SHOULD NOT be getting MULTIPLE bills, refunds, and then more bills from ONE cleaning my wife had. This should have been VERY SIMPLE but your office OVERCOMPLICATED this to the MAX. You should be ashamed of yourselves for doing this to people. I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this dentist office, due to these errors. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

Kayla Rafferty Dr. Hsu & his assistant Rita are the best!!! I’ve gotten fillings done, a crown, and my wisdom teeth out and each procedure was very easy. This is my first dentist in 4 years and I’m so glad I found them. They’re knowledgeable, both make me feel at ease and taken care of when I get my teeth worked on. Cesar Oviedo Today, I had my 6-month cleaning session. It was my first time coming to this place, which is located very close to my office. I had a great experience; all the personnel were very professional, kind, and helpful. My dental hygienist was Mila, she was great, very detailed and thorough in her work, giving excellent advice. Then Dr. Shun took a look at my teeth and quickly identified a recommended crown I needed, which I was already aware of. I will definitely come back to this place for my regular teeth cleaning and any recommended treatments.

Christopher Johnson Coast Dental is deserving of my 1-star review considering your business couldn’t even successfully schedule an online appt that registers in your system. Your website should simply refer people to schedule by office receptionist if that’s all you can deliver right now. Not carelessly have people schedule, wait, and then be forced to wait longer after carving out precious time simply because you utilize a terrible system. I hate that there might be great doctors here, and yet the trust factor of good business practices has already been greatly damaged before I could even meet one. My issue and suggestion towards a solution is that you should showcase accurate store hours on your Google page and attached website. As well as utilizing a website and 3rd party service that’s actually connected to your office system and reflects available appts! It is ridiculous in 2024-2025 to not have a working website & scheduling service that actually syncs with what you’re accessing and referencing. (More details about initial scheduling) I made an appointment using the Coast Dental website attached to this Google page for an EMERGENCY EXAM @10:30am 1/3/25. I scheduled the appointment, as well as another New Patient/Cleaning appt for 1/6/25, both on 12/27/24. I then called on 12/28 to confirm that my scheduling was ok given I was doing the new patient exam second and I wasn’t quite sure what the emergency exam would entail. I received confirmation of my appts, that the order would not be an issue, and that the emergency exam would address my problem. (More details about showing up in person) To show up early/on time for an appt only to be met with a locked door and someone at the reception desk not even standing up but instead just gesturing for me to leave.. was shocking. Instead of just leaving, I called the office to figure out the issue and was told the office is closed and that there is no record of either of my appts. The next available date would be Jan 8th. I was extremely eager to address my issues hence the emergency exam and now I’m looking at almost another week before I can address my discomfort. Just a real gut punch kind of experience although the team member was not rude. I was told that there’s issues with scheduling from their 3rd party partners and there have been multiple people coming just to be sent away. The 3rd party is their own website because that’s where I scheduled my appts. I was told I must’ve talked to their 3rd party call center despite having called the exact same number & ext (which is listed in the emails I received and on their front door) to contact the woman I was speaking to.
