    Veena Bhatia: I visited De ONeal Kyle fir tooth extraction I was uncomfortable he pulled with all his strength that I was so scared and it’s weird also he break it also and pulled I asked him if it was not decayed he replied he doesn’t know but there was crack in it that’s why he pulled it.. He took X-rays before extraction and didn’t c it is decayed or not.I tried hard to take Dr.Trotter apptt but in vain. That is my hard luck

She talked with me for 30 minutes and gave the assurance I needed to keep my appointment. I went in today and this dental office is beyond exceptional from the front desk, x-rays, consultation and actual service. Dr.O is the BEST, his gentleness and care was extraordinary. Every room I entered was filled with the love of what they love to do. God answered every prayer I requested and more. Everyone was very detailed in explaining everything that had to be done and it was no pressure in getting it all done RIGHT NOW!! They took care of what I initially came in for and gave me a guideline and finance options if I needed it along with my insurance. I thank God for his provision and covering,I can finally say I have a dentist/dental office i go to. I pray God continues to overflow your business and revenue. From the first time I stepped into her office, she and her staff has been nothing but amazing. I was told pre appointment, that Id only have a co-pay and my insurance would cover the rest. I later received a bill and was told post visit that they "hardly take any insurances". If that had been relayed to me upfront, I would have just found an office in network with my plan.

    Janina Moorehead: Wonderful, caring staff. They get the procedures done as efficiently as they can, while also recognizing that sometimes it can be hard on the kids. They do their best to make the kids comfortable, and billing is upfront, transparent, and straightforward. My AuDHD PDA kiddo was able to make it through a new crown placement and they were so sweet and encouraging the entire time.

    Evelyn Reyes: He helped me with my tmj pain by building a custom splint. When I came in my jaw was locked and I was in excruciating pain. He unlocked my jaw and helped me right away. I wasn’t able to complete treatment but the splint he made for me was good and helped right away. I did have to wait 3 weeks for it since it was around masters and the lab was closed , so that was a lot of time waiting but he does customize the splint. Cost around 2k. You do need to get prescriptions from primary care provider if you need pain meds since he doesn’t generally prescribe meds.
