1 /5 Veena Bhatia: I visited De ONeal Kyle fir tooth extraction I was uncomfortable he pulled with all his strength that I was so scared and it’s weird also he break it also and pulled I asked him if it was not decayed he replied he doesn’t know but there was crack in it that’s why he pulled it.. He took X-rays before extraction and didn’t c it is decayed or not.I tried hard to take Dr.Trotter apptt but in vain. That is my hard luck

Always caring and delivers a personal touch that obviously comes natural. Plus, his staff are outstanding. Im just thrilled to see that hes now in Aiken every week but Id gladly use him no matter where he practices.

5 /5 Rose Lamothe: I was so nervous about getting my tooth pulled but Dr. O’Neal and his staff were so accommodating and friendly it made the whole process so much easier than anticipated! I had an infection in my tooth so they fit me in their schedule within a week and the staff was so nice and even though I usually don’t do well with anesthesia, it didn’t make me sick even after the procedure. Zero pain and absolutely no swelling! Highly highly recommend!

5 /5 Rachel Greenwood: Dr. O’Neal and his amazing staff really deserve 10 stars but google will only let me give them 5. I had a dental emergency and was quite nervous and in pain. Dr. O’Neal has a kind, empathic bedside manner and instantly made me feel more comfortable. Everyone I encountered from the front desk to the surgical suite was professional and friendly. He has also provided care for multiple other members of my family (dental implants and wisdom teeth), and we all have all had exceptional experiences. I left with zero pain and detailed instructions on what to expect after my surgery. For oral surgery look no further. Dr. O’Neal is simply the best!

5 /5 Katie Walton: Dr. Kyle O’Neal is truly doing his God given talent. And his staff are beyond amazing. Seriously, Dr. O’Neal came in tapped me on the shoulder said “everything was going to be alright!” And the nurse gave me some oxygen and that was it. I even woke up laughing. Lol! Now 8hrs later I have some slight discomfort but nothing that a 800mg Motrin won’t take care of. Thank y’all so much for your patience, warming presents and hospitable nature. Each one of y’all have made a patient for life and I have two daughters that will be needing their wisdom teeth out. Thank y’all again!!!!!! Many blessing and prayers over y’all!

I was told pre appointment, that Id only have a co-pay and my insurance would cover the rest. I later received a bill and was told post visit that they "hardly take any insurances". If that had been relayed to me upfront, I would have just found an office in network with my plan.

They do their best to make the kids comfortable, and billing is upfront, transparent, and straightforward. My AuDHD PDA kiddo was able to make it through a new crown placement and they were so sweet and encouraging the entire time.

Evelyn Reyes: He helped me with my tmj pain by building a custom splint. When I came in my jaw was locked and I was in excruciating pain. He unlocked my jaw and helped me right away. I wasn’t able to complete treatment but the splint he made for me was good and helped right away. I did have to wait 3 weeks for it since it was around masters and the lab was closed , so that was a lot of time waiting but he does customize the splint. Cost around 2k. You do need to get prescriptions from primary care provider if you need pain meds since he doesn’t generally prescribe meds.
