5 /5 Josh Cannington: I used to hate going to the dentist, but that has changed thanks to Dr. Jordan, Dr. Brunson, and their incredible staff.
First, I must say that the office is lovely, peaceful, and comforting. Penny always greets me warmly (whether on the phone or in person), keeps track of my insurance, and is very helpful in scheduling my appointments (even sending text reminders). The Dental Assistants are friendly, professional, and thorough, going the extra mile on cleanings, X-rays, and answering all of my many questions. Since my first visit in 2019, Dr. Jordan has replaced multiple old fillings, installed three new crowns, and even encouraged me to finally get my wisdom teeth removed (at 48 years old). The result is that mouth health has been transformed!
In 2022 I had a tooth abscess, that swelled up half my face and caused extreme pain. Penny worked to fit me in that very afternoon (what a relief), and Dr. Brinson performed my first ever root canal (it was a “piece of cake”). I’ve had no issues since.
I cannot recommend this practice highly enough! Thank you Dr. Jordan and Team!
