They really took the time necessary to do everything right – and as an extrovert, I always want to say hi and ask about life in general. I really really feel comfortable with the kind of service that I have been receiving. Great dental experience!

4 /5 Callista Gifford-DeHart: When I lived in Augusta I really enjoyed coming here. The staff was super friendly and nothing but positivity during my cleanings. If I had one thing to say it would be when I inquired about invisalign for my teeth and they were helpful, but I didnt like how there were no payment options. You had to pay it all up front, which not a lot of people have money lying around specifically for braces. So, to ensure my teeth hadnt shifted anymore I purchased a nighttime retainer. Great experience, really fast; however, I did question the thickness of the original retainer I received. Thats on me, as I should have asked up front. Sadly about 7-8 months in, my retainer tore really easily when I took it out of my mouth. I called them and they were so good about replacing it. I shipped it back and received a new one within a week and a half, if that. I think any business has moments of "uh oh," but they took care of me during my time there and after. Highly recommend.

I was told pre appointment, that Id only have a co-pay and my insurance would cover the rest. I later received a bill and was told post visit that they "hardly take any insurances". If that had been relayed to me upfront, I would have just found an office in network with my plan.

Janina Moorehead: Wonderful, caring staff. They get the procedures done as efficiently as they can, while also recognizing that sometimes it can be hard on the kids. They do their best to make the kids comfortable, and billing is upfront, transparent, and straightforward. My AuDHD PDA kiddo was able to make it through a new crown placement and they were so sweet and encouraging the entire time.

Evelyn Reyes: He helped me with my tmj pain by building a custom splint. When I came in my jaw was locked and I was in excruciating pain. He unlocked my jaw and helped me right away. I wasn’t able to complete treatment but the splint he made for me was good and helped right away. I did have to wait 3 weeks for it since it was around masters and the lab was closed , so that was a lot of time waiting but he does customize the splint. Cost around 2k. You do need to get prescriptions from primary care provider if you need pain meds since he doesn’t generally prescribe meds.
