1 /5 Natieia Mayfield: Waited over a month for my first appointment & they canceled the day before. I called and asked why they waited to cancel until the day before and the lady had the worst attitude. I messed up and decided to give them a second chance. Waited again over a month for my appointment, took my time off and everything. Just to get there and the the lady at the front desk says “ oh we ment to call you and reschedule because our doctors sick.” If I could give them 0 stars I would their customer service is terrible.

5 /5 Tionnie Curry: Dr. Dallum & his staff were so nice to me. The atmosphere is so nice and clean. They have decorations for the holiday. They had a special going on for $99 down payment to get braces. And my monthly payments are great & affordable. You get a $100 gift card for referring friends as well. I’m so excited to start my process.

5 /5 Cort Salt: Dr. D and the staff here are absolutely phenomenal! They are amazing at what they do. He and the entire team are great. I’ve never had any issue - my wait is never long, I’m always in and out. I, honestly, have a fun time when I visit the office because the staff treat you like family! I definitely recommend Dr. D and his team as they are the absolute best of the best!!

3 /5 Uilani Kahaleoumi: People in back are always sweet and quick. The people that work the front are a hit or miss when it comes to customer service. Always be prepared to sit in the waiting room for at least 45 minutes plus just to be seen with an appointment. The confirmation texts they send don’t always match the original time you made the appointment for.

3 /5 Muni Anthony: Only being able to make an appointment 5 weeks prior to needing a visit is not an ideal workflow especially when you are on a plan that requires you to visit every 8 weeks. Knowing I will be returning due to my treatment, there should be a way to schedule the next appointment during my current visit. Having an apportionment and then waiting 45 minutes to be seen was a little disturbing. When actually being seen by the hygienist and ortho they were pleasant and efficient. Overall OCG has been a good option for my Invisalign and i would recommend them if you are wanting the same ease of product to help your smile.
