2 /5 Selina Portalatin: Based on reviews I had high hopes becoming a new patient and decided to schedule an appointment. I had called 3 different times to schedule this appointment and to ask a few questions, but unfortunately, no one picked up the phone. After leaving a voicemail, I was hopeful that I would receive a call back, but that never happened. Its incredibly disappointing, especially when youre trying to get care or information for something as important as dental health for yourself and little ones. A lack of communication and responsiveness is a big red flag for any business, and it’s certainly made me reconsider. I hope they work on improving their customer service, but for now, my family will continue looking at our options for a dental clinic.
