The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from the moment I arrived. My hygienist, Ella, did an amazing job—super thorough and gentle. Dr. Scott Wingard was excellent. He spent a lot of time reviewing my dental history, explained everything clearly, and even gave me treatment options no other dentist had ever mentioned. I really felt listened to and cared for. So impressed with the level of attention and professionalism. Highly recommend this practice if you’re looking for quality dental care in a warm, supportive environment!

Perry Wong Absolutely pleasant experience. They were able to accommodate my schedule, open on Fridays!, very friendly and warm staff, Dr. Harper is a very talented and attentive artist. Im very fortunate to have her work on my teeth. They explain things clearly and provide videos of procedures. I also really love the window view while sitting in the patient chair. The staff works well as a team, no signs of any disagreements or frustrations with coworkers. Highly recommend.

jae edmond Office takes too long for appointments. Have to wait 3 months for replacement of filing that was identified on routine visit. Dr Murphy is absolutely wonderful so I stay. Probably need 2 more dental hygienist and another Dentist for this busy office.

Jocelyn Holloway This place was a life saver. I have been going here for years but recently aged out due to my parents insurance so I tried going to another dentist to get a crown for my implant but they left my implant in shambles. Luckily I went back to Dr. Murphy and he instantly same day took care of me and did an amazing job with my crown. I was in immense pain and couldn’t close my mouth properly but they sent me home feeling brand new and taken care of. They’re always so kind here and the facility is always super clean and maintained. I truly don’t know how I’d be right now if I hadn’t gone here with them it was an amazing experience,Thank you so much again!

samantha maraj Extremely disappointed with the overall experience. I scheduled appointments for both my daughter and myself back in December 2024, clearly stating that they were for new patients and needed to include cleanings. I was also assured that the location accepted our insurance. About a week and a half before the appointment, I received a call stating our insurance wasn’t accepted—fortunately, I had supplemental coverage. When we arrived, I verified that the insurance was in fact accepted. Despite all of that, I was informed my appointment would only consist of x-rays and scanning, and I’d need to return on another day for a cleaning. I asked to speak with a site lead, but was told that person was on vacation and there was no one else available to address my concerns. I kept my daughter’s appointment, as she hadn’t had a cleaning since June due to our recent PCS military move. The dental hygienist who worked with her was kind and respectful, and I truly appreciated that part of the visit. However, I had taken time off work and waited months for this appointment, only to be left frustrated. In addition, now my daughter and I will not have the same appointments moving forward and our schedule will be completely off and work will have to be missed more than preferred. This experience showed a lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism. I was told a call center was involved, yet I spoke directly with someone at the office to confirm both the type of appointment and insurance. This situation needs to be addressed seriously.

1JOHN L I have had really some bad experiences here with this dental office. My hygienist is great he does a fantastic job. But they can’t keep the same dentist in their office. I had a dentist who was very unprofessional doing a tooth repair and she had her friend was over me talking about the outing at a bar they went to. Then she drilled and to far and that made me to go get a root canal done. Lord then I had to come back there to get fitted for my crown and they did it. And when it came back it wasn’t right. I told them that it wasn’t filling right in my mouth. Then they filled it down but around my gum line it wasn’t all the way down. And know they are saying that they have found that it could be starting an infection. So I recommended you to another place. If you want just a cleaning my Hygiene is good but if ever need anything else please don’t go

Actually have been there 2ce the first time with my son. Both experiences were great. The staff was amazingly wonderful! She talked with me for 30 minutes and gave the assurance I needed to keep my appointment. I went in today and this dental office is beyond exceptional from the front desk, x-rays, consultation and actual service. Dr.O is the BEST, his gentleness and care was extraordinary. Every room I entered was filled with the love of what they love to do. God answered every prayer I requested and more. Everyone was very detailed in explaining everything that had to be done and it was no pressure in getting it all done RIGHT NOW!! They took care of what I initially came in for and gave me a guideline and finance options if I needed it along with my insurance. Will Hargrove I went to the Aspen dental on Wrightsboro Road in Augusta, Georgia . My experience from the start to finish, especially the extraction. I never once was uncomfortable. I never once felt uncomfortable. Any pain I was extremely taken care of and I had 14 teeth extracted and one day, and it was done professionally surgically, and with an extreme professionalism after that. , Janaya , One of their denture lab experts, Handled my process from taking impressions to the whole 9 yards to the end, she handled it all with extreme professionalism, She is the best at what she does and I’m not just saying that because they are my teeth. I literally mean she does phenomenal work. I don’t believe there’s anybody in Georgia that can do better than she can When it comes to adjusting and handling your Permanent dentures, I would give aspen dental a five star I was put under for surgical extraction. I was not nervous at all. They made sure that I was comfortable. They made sure I was safe. They took care of me. Very good care of me.

Mark Rubin While the office staff was very professional, when I went through developing the treatment plan, most things were explained to me with some “a little“ clarity. Once I went through the entire plan, I decided for both logistical and financial reasons that I would do the Invisalign part as well as the whitening part and delay the periodontal Procedures until January of next year, allowing me to utilize a new insurance balance. When I contacted to make arrangements for the treatment plan. I was told that they wouldn’t do it because the periodontal care had to be done before the Invisalign and I had no choice at which point I decided not to proceed with the plan. It was definitely a disappointing experience.

Samantha Brooks I am always very pleased with the service and the level of professionalism that my family and I receive at West Augusta Dental Associates. The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt to assist with any questions. I also really enjoy the fact that we are always called back for our appointment very soon after arrival, and the total appointment time is typically 45 minutes. The staff is also very good with my six year old who is often not excited about a visit to the dentist. I would definitely recommend this office to others for all of their dental care needs.

Stephen Johnson West Augusta Dental Associates and Dr. Clepper restored my smile. For too many years I lived with the loss of some teeth. I was ashamed to smile or talk showing my teeth. Dr. Clepper developed a treatment plan to provide tooth implants and crowns. Now I can smile showing my beautiful teeth. Even better I can eat apples, corn on the cob, asparagus... lots of foods I couldnt bite or chew well because of missing teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Clepper. He is patient, understanding, and very gentle. Throughout all the appointments, I never felt any pain (and I am a big dental coward) or discomfort. They are simply amazing!!!!

The hygienist proceeded to clean my teeth and I was happy to find that she did so without any pain or discomfort on my part! Jonathan Soos Dr. John Wilson is a fantastic Dentist. His staff are welcoming and professional. Ive recently returned to the area and had been looking for a good family dentist. I was referred to Dr. Wilson for getting an emergency extraction and he was able to take care of my bad toothache the very same day. Since then Ive started going to him regularly for cleaning and even decided to finally get an Invisalign done. Everything has been great and I recommend him to everyone. Thorough, kind, and professional, what more do you need?

He identified a preexisting complication in one of the teeth that would require additional care and made sure I fully understood what to expect. What truly impressed me was how much the entire experience felt patient-first — from the clear communication to the genuine follow-up to ensure I was doing well and pain-free. This is how all healthcare should feel: like youre being taken care of. I will definitely be going to Evens Endodontics for any future root canals.

Best experience I’ve ever had regarding dentistry and they definitely eased all of my anxiety about having this procedure done. The entire staff was very genuine and personable the moment I walked through the door! The front desk staff got me scheduled right away, which was very much appreciated due to the pain I was having. The root canal was painless and easy, and Dr. Babb explained every step. Heather and Dr. Babb answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Selina Portalatin Based on reviews I had high hopes becoming a new patient and decided to schedule an appointment. I had called 3 different times to schedule this appointment and to ask a few questions, but unfortunately, no one picked up the phone. After leaving a voicemail, I was hopeful that I would receive a call back, but that never happened. Its incredibly disappointing, especially when youre trying to get care or information for something as important as dental health for yourself and little ones. A lack of communication and responsiveness is a big red flag for any business, and it’s certainly made me reconsider. I hope they work on improving their customer service, but for now, my family will continue looking at our options for a dental clinic.

McCarthy Tanya (Sparkles) Im terrified of the dentist. No clue why just am. Went in there to get a cleaning and assessment to figure out what i needed done after 2 years of not going. They did a deep clean over the span of two appointments and were amazing and kind. They even found old cement on my teeth from braces I had over 15 yrs ago... how other dentists missed that idk but it should tell you how much they pay attention to detail. I had a bad cavity in the back of my mouth (thanks kids) and they scheduled me to get that done. Susan made sure I was comfortable. She hit a sensitive spot and gave more numbing because she said "no need to have any pain through this" she was quick and efficient and now everything is clean and up to par. I have never felt more comfortable with a dentist before. 1000000% recommend
