5 /5 shelvie s frazer: I saw Doctor Purcell twice for root canals. Both times I was all psyched up for the pain. But both times were relatively painless…..other than the numbing injections. The doctor and his assistants were very friendly but professional. The front desk staff was very courteous. On the whole, it was a pleasant experience, considering it was a dental office.

Dr. Purcell did an outstanding job explaining each step of the procedure as we went along, which really helped put me at ease. He identified a preexisting complication in one of the teeth that would require additional care and made sure I fully understood what to expect. What truly impressed me was how much the entire experience felt patient-first — from the clear communication to the genuine follow-up to ensure I was doing well and pain-free. This is how all healthcare should feel: like youre being taken care of. I will definitely be going to Evens Endodontics for any future root canals.

Best experience I’ve ever had regarding dentistry and they definitely eased all of my anxiety about having this procedure done. The entire staff was very genuine and personable the moment I walked through the door! The front desk staff got me scheduled right away, which was very much appreciated due to the pain I was having. The root canal was painless and easy, and Dr. Babb explained every step. Heather and Dr. Babb answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs endodontic treatment!!!

Dr Babb provided a very thorough examination and offered opportunities to ask questions. If the need arises, I would definitely schedule an appointment.

I was aware of what he was doing thanks to him explaining while he did the procedure. It made a root canal not so scary.
