Never said bad ward about the lousy work i had , he just fix it with a smile and great skill. Top notch for sure. I love my hygienist to Alina, she is pretty awesome too. Staff is always warm and friendly and very helpful

5 /5 Dave Robertson: I used a dentist in Thomson who RUINED my bottom bridge trying to adjust my upper bite! After a short closing talk, I looked online for a new Dentist. I happened to see the site for Dr Davis and Ferguson. Having now had several major procedures done by Dr Ferguson, I am absolutely amazed and ecstatically happy with his work. He is an amazingly great Dentist that I wish I could have started out with! He is one of the kindest, considerate, personable person that I have ever had the pleasure to have met. His dental skills are knowledgeable, skillful with everything being explained as procedures are done with a gentle touch! The staff are all great individuals that are easy to talk with. They are all like one great big family making you feel like part of their group. This is by far the best dental office that I have been too and recommend them with the utmost respect!!

5 /5 Harvey Yarmon: 1st appointment with Dr Ferguson. I was very impressed with the initial eval as well with not only x-rays, but the taking of pictures so he could show and explain issues. Much better than showing a layperson an x-ray. The staff very nice and the cleaning was very good.

I was seen promptly upon arrival and the entire new patient appointment took an hour. They were descriptive about their plan to deal with any and all issues I was having. 5/5 stars, would recommend.

Natieia Mayfield: Waited over a month for my first appointment & they canceled the day before. I called and asked why they waited to cancel until the day before and the lady had the worst attitude. I messed up and decided to give them a second chance. Waited again over a month for my appointment, took my time off and everything. Just to get there and the the lady at the front desk says “ oh we ment to call you and reschedule because our doctors sick.” If I could give them 0 stars I would their customer service is terrible.

I had called 3 different times to schedule this appointment and to ask a few questions, but unfortunately, no one picked up the phone. After leaving a voicemail, I was hopeful that I would receive a call back, but that never happened. Its incredibly disappointing, especially when youre trying to get care or information for something as important as dental health for yourself and little ones. A lack of communication and responsiveness is a big red flag for any business, and it’s certainly made me reconsider. I hope they work on improving their customer service, but for now, my family will continue looking at our options for a dental clinic.
