Actually have been there 2ce the first time with my son. Both experiences were great. The staff was amazingly wonderful! Personable, defiantly cater to individual needs, and they explain everything before and as they work on your mouth. Grateful I found them and will be our dentist for the years to come. !

Very compassionate and caring. Very professional yet down to earth. Getting to know the personalities in the office has been a great experience as I’ve got my teeth worked on! He spent a lot of time reviewing my dental history, explained everything clearly, and even gave me treatment options no other dentist had ever mentioned. I really felt listened to and cared for. So impressed with the level of attention and professionalism. Highly recommend this practice if you’re looking for quality dental care in a warm, supportive environment!

Natieia Mayfield: Waited over a month for my first appointment & they canceled the day before. I called and asked why they waited to cancel until the day before and the lady had the worst attitude. I messed up and decided to give them a second chance. Waited again over a month for my appointment, took my time off and everything. Just to get there and the the lady at the front desk says “ oh we ment to call you and reschedule because our doctors sick.” If I could give them 0 stars I would their customer service is terrible.

I had called 3 different times to schedule this appointment and to ask a few questions, but unfortunately, no one picked up the phone. After leaving a voicemail, I was hopeful that I would receive a call back, but that never happened. Its incredibly disappointing, especially when youre trying to get care or information for something as important as dental health for yourself and little ones. A lack of communication and responsiveness is a big red flag for any business, and it’s certainly made me reconsider. I hope they work on improving their customer service, but for now, my family will continue looking at our options for a dental clinic.

They are wonderful and cater to children with dairy allergies/ children with lots of gerenal allergies and allow me to bring my own toothpaste to visits for this reason so I dont have to worry.
