5 /5 Cynthia Setzke: First time here. All the ladies were fantastic. Very friendly, listened to my concerns. The dentist extracted my tooth, she was great. Very gentle. I really appreciated their service here.

2 /5 Mark Rubin: While the office staff was very professional, when I went through developing the treatment plan, most things were explained to me with some “a little“ clarity. Once I went through the entire plan, I decided for both logistical and financial reasons that I would do the Invisalign part as well as the whitening part and delay the periodontal Procedures until January of next year, allowing me to utilize a new insurance balance. When I contacted to make arrangements for the treatment plan. I was told that they wouldn’t do it because the periodontal care had to be done before the Invisalign and I had no choice at which point I decided not to proceed with the plan. It was definitely a disappointing experience.

1 /5 Deshaun L Salters: My visit to Aspen Dental was incomplete. I went in for a broken tooth. It turned into, let me explain about what else you need. They took hundreds of dollars worth of x-rays but I am still splitting my tongue with this broken tooth. The x- rays were plentiful and the explanation of what else I needed was in detail. I wanted them to just pull all of my teeth, which they probably would have gladly done immediately. Then I run into someone and they explained how they worked for Aspen but quit after a few days. They said Aspen is rip off and will tell you anything to get money. Im calling my dental company so that they dont pay for those x-rays. To top it off, their system went down and they were suppose to call me back. That was 8 days ago, I have not heard from them yet.
