I hadn’t been to the dentist in many, many years previously living in Roswell, GA mostly because I didn’t like the overall experience and especially the way I was made to feel like I was to blame for my dental issues. Dr. Claeys is very personable and honest about the best approach for my dental care. She is upbeat and actually praises me for my progress. The front office greets me with a big hello when I arrive and before I leave. A big shout out to Melanie (“Mel”) who is the best dental hygienist in the world!! I wish Dr. Claeys was around in my life much earlier.

But they won me over when they helped my check my 8-year-old’s teeth when our pediatric dentist is MIA since Friday (that’s another story.) They took x-rays we needed and said they will reach out to our new pediatric dentist and work a game plan to get treatment needed a.s.a.p. for his back teeth that aren’t doing good. (Prophylactic antibiotics he had to take for 10-months after birth apparently destroyed the enamel on his teeth while forming and they need help now) So grateful for these folks!!!

Veena Bhatia: I visited De ONeal Kyle fir tooth extraction I was uncomfortable he pulled with all his strength that I was so scared and it’s weird also he break it also and pulled I asked him if it was not decayed he replied he doesn’t know but there was crack in it that’s why he pulled it.. He took X-rays before extraction and didn’t c it is decayed or not.I tried hard to take Dr.Trotter apptt but in vain. That is my hard luck

She talked with me for 30 minutes and gave the assurance I needed to keep my appointment. I went in today and this dental office is beyond exceptional from the front desk, x-rays, consultation and actual service. Dr.O is the BEST, his gentleness and care was extraordinary. Every room I entered was filled with the love of what they love to do. God answered every prayer I requested and more. Everyone was very detailed in explaining everything that had to be done and it was no pressure in getting it all done RIGHT NOW!! They took care of what I initially came in for and gave me a guideline and finance options if I needed it along with my insurance. I thank God for his provision and covering,I can finally say I have a dentist/dental office i go to. I pray God continues to overflow your business and revenue. Christian Ahmed: The office is nice, and the staff are very friendly. Im giving 3 stars because they werent transparent when I initially asked about my insurance benefits. I was told pre appointment, that Id only have a co-pay and my insurance would cover the rest. I later received a bill and was told post visit that they "hardly take any insurances". If that had been relayed to me upfront, I would have just found an office in network with my plan.
