Dr. Barbara Utermark - Martinez Zein Fouda: The worst dentist that you can ever have for your kid. She and her staff could not accommodate my child, were not professional in dealing with us, and made them scream without trying to find good ways to handle it as other doctors do. Most of the children there are screaming too.
Augusta Dental Associates - Augusta Elizabeth S.: Has been my dentist for 10 years, my husband’s dentist and my in-laws (since my Father-in-law was young).
But they won me over when they helped my check my 8-year-old’s teeth when our pediatric dentist is MIA since Friday (that’s another story.) They took x-rays we needed and said they will reach out to our new pediatric dentist and work a game plan to get treatment needed a.s.a.p. for his back teeth that aren’t doing good. (Prophylactic antibiotics he had to take for 10-months after birth apparently destroyed the enamel on his teeth while forming and they need help now)
So grateful for these folks!!!

They really took the time necessary to do everything right – and as an extrovert, I always want to say hi and ask about life in general. I really really feel comfortable with the kind of service that I have been receiving. Great dental experience!
Aspen Dental - Augusta, GA - Augusta kfamily manning: I was so afraid of coming and called to cancel my appointment. I spoke with Shasta about my concerns and fear. She talked with me for 30 minutes and gave the assurance I needed to keep my appointment. I went in today and this dental office is beyond exceptional from the front desk, x-rays, consultation and actual service. Dr.O is the BEST, his gentleness and care was extraordinary. Every room I entered was filled with the love of what they love to do. God answered every prayer I requested and more. Everyone was very detailed in explaining everything that had to be done and it was no pressure in getting it all done RIGHT NOW!! They took care of what I initially came in for and gave me a guideline and finance options if I needed it along with my insurance. From the first time I stepped into her office, she and her staff has been nothing but amazing.
