1 /5 Brandon Timani: Adam Scott is a good dentist. My main issue with him is how he is known to treat his patients. I had an experience with him where he asked me about my job, and then he proceeded to talk negatively about me/ the people who work in my field. He made these kinds of comments a few times, so I left Greenbrier Family Dental. It’s just unprofessional to have my dentist to talk crap about my profession while he’s checking my teeth for cavities. Today, one of my friends told me about an experience she had with Adam Scott where he talked down to her, and told her to “grow up” in reference to a dental/financial issue she was having. Frankly, it doesn’t surprise me knowing him. I do not have this problem with my current dentist or with any of the other dentists I’ve had in my life. Please, Dr. Scott, treat your patients with more respect.

We have gone to him for years and he has always taken such great care of my family, even coming in after hours on several occasions for dental emergencies. I am extremely particular about my dental care and I have no desire to go elsewhere. I am so perplexed by some of the negative reviews on here because they do not align with the people I know and the care we have always received. I would recommend Dr Scott to anyone without reservations.

The front office staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. Dr. Adam Scott is an exceptional dentist! He is attentive, gentle, and clearly explained everything about my procedure. He took the time to listen to my needs and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Lisa, the dental hygienist, was equally fantastic. She was thorough, gentle, and made the usually dreaded cleaning a breeze! Her friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. Greenbrier Family Dental truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire team, from the front desk to the dentist chair, is top-notch. I have never once felt any pain in his chair. I am always excited when I get the reminder text for my 6 month cleanings. His staff is also wonderful I always feel like welcomed as I walk in and talk to Joy about our pets and life while I check in. He is also not the type to push extra work onto you that you don’t need and is very knowledgeable and FUNNY. Thanks Dr. Boyd and staff!

Sharon Starnes: If you want place that actually cares about your or your childs health, GO ELSEWHERE. This place is all money money money!!! If youre late or miss an appointment, theyll either charge you $50, or just completely drop you as a patient, even if the patient is a child. The staff are stuck up and the space is small. This place has a low rating for a reason, choose a different dental clinic! These people do not have your health on the forefront of their minds! edit: They said "several missed appointments" meaning TWO! with no limit of how much time is between them! This place is ridiculous, and you can tell from their replies. Do yourself a favor and skip this place, I dont even think they believe the things they say.

I was referred to Dr. Wilson for getting an emergency extraction and he was able to take care of my bad toothache the very same day. Since then Ive started going to him regularly for cleaning and even decided to finally get an Invisalign done. Everything has been great and I recommend him to everyone. Natieia Mayfield: Waited over a month for my first appointment & they canceled the day before. I called and asked why they waited to cancel until the day before and the lady had the worst attitude. I messed up and decided to give them a second chance. Waited again over a month for my appointment, took my time off and everything. Just to get there and the the lady at the front desk says “ oh we ment to call you and reschedule because our doctors sick.” If I could give them 0 stars I would their customer service is terrible.
