Miriam Macon This was my first visit to Passion Nails and Spa and I will be returning! The salon was very clean and soothing. I got a pedicure from Ana. She took her time and painted my nails very neatly. Lane did an SNS manicure for me and did a beautiful job.

GiGi Manicure & Pedicure. Excellent service all the way around. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry otherwise I would have been able to enjoy it more. Would definitely recommend. Ranks as one of top 3 BEST MANIPEDI ever.

Connie Hall Passion Nails is really a great place to go. They are very clean. They’re very professional. The owner talks to you like she’s been friends with you forever. Her staff is great.

Tim Dang Best pedicure I ever had. My legs feel like baby skin. The customer service is superb and the workers actually care about your nails.

Hannah Coberly I showed them the picture of what I wanted seemed like it was no issue. I asked for sns he applied with a brush, barely filed them, there is black acrylic all over my skin, applied several layers of gel coat on top, fibers from rag in a few in my nails which caused bumps and holes. This is not even cheetah. Lol oh and they also argued with me that they do not make black sparkle ANYTHING! And had the audacity to charge me 55$ what a joke! Oh not to mention my fingers are so dried out because I had to soak my previous polish off in pure accitine. What a joke so now I’m having to pay someone to take this mess off and redo. I will post those results as soon as It’s done! Don’t waste ur time or money

Melanie Walden This is the worst my nails have ever been. I’ve been here a couple of times before, and never have had my nails look like this. And the owner did them. Got them done on Friday night. Saturday morning, one already cracked and came off. Went in to get it fixed, and they took care of it. Awesome. Later that day, two more have the corners crack off. Now I have 4 cracked corners, and the clear coating on all of my nails are cracked all over. Never again!

Monica Ramirez Leon I’ve been going to VIP Nails in Oakwood for some time now. I connected with one of the nail techs, Jenny, and I am so thankful for it! She is truly passionate about what she does and makes you feel at ease and comfortable. Her nail skills are the best that I’ve ever had (and I’ve been getting my nails done since college) and I seriously would recommend her to ANYONE!!! She is an all-around great person too, so that’s a plus!

Jennifer Jones I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I SUGGEST IF YOU GO to PLEASE WATCH WHO DOES UR NAILS OR FEET. The lady that done mine would not talk to me and she messed up 2 of my nails then the lady that done feet has no clue on how to do them. The next morning after me getting them doney to had infection at the end from where she went hard with the file. Then she didnt even remove none of my dead skin or rubbed my feet. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. THE MONEY THEY WANT, FOR THE JOKE SERVICE THAT THEY DO & GIVES INFLATION ON YOUR FEET. - PEOPLE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - I have paper from my Dr to provide if need of further info on why not to go. My sister didnt even like her nails or feet. BAD PLACE

Janelle Leonard I have been looking for a nail place for the last month or so. This was the third salon I have tried and I am so glad I did! They are hands down the best. My nails have never looked better. I have very small nail beds and very thin nails. I don’t have a natural apex so my nails are very flat and grow up so they are not naturally very pretty. I get SNS for this reason. However this was the only place to actually help fix that. They look so natural and beautiful. I am just in awe at how great they look. She took her time and was very detailed but was still very fast. Definitely found my forever nail salon.

Bonnie Alcaraz $115 plus tip (because I’m not a monster) for the absolute worst manicure of my entire life. The fact that not a single other customer walked in during the two and a half hours I was wasting my time in there should have been my first clue. STAY AWAY!!!

Leata Laidlow Such a great deal. I was in desperate need of a pedicure and I did their special pedicure which was their scrub, hot towel, wax soak, hot stones, electric messaged, then another hot towel and I could’ve gone to sleep. All the while messaging in between. Top notch.

Rebecca Cook Okay so I went to LV Nails this past friday. S&S and Gel pedi. It was pretty good. Price was too. The first picture im adding is from original visit. NICE, HUH? Well four days afterwards, id had FIVE nails POP OFF! Like they were press ons or something. Went back to Salon today. Kim helped me. I appreciate her for redoing them, but this new set is awful. (Thats the second picture I added.) Three stars for trying guys!!!

Amy T. I found the salon by chance when I was looking for places to get a pedicure. I called ahead to see if they took walk-ins and they did. When I showed up I was seen almost immediately and the environment was very bright and clean, it was calm and quiet and smelled nice. They still require masks for everyone’s safety and they spaced out the customers so there was enough distance between each person. They also wear gloves and clean the stations after every use. I felt very safe here. I love the massage chairs and the woman who did my pedicure was very nice and professional. She was personable and it was a very soothing experience. She recommended that I get the gel since it would last longer and I’m very happy with my pedicure. I will definitely be back as it was a fantastic experience overall! Highly recommend!

Jennifer Bullock My daughter paid $60 for the worst looking set of nails I’ve ever seen and we get our nails done monthly. The lady cut her fingers multiple times and someone else finished for her. The lines on her French manicure are not straight and the nails are not smooth and it took almost 3 hours! Terrible. Do not go!

Cynthia Abundis I’ve been here once before and I had a great experience and I loved the job they did on my nails. My nail tech was very nice and accommodating but I wasn’t happy with what I got. My nails are crooked, I trusted the process when they were filing one side more when shaping but I was unhappy with the result. I love the color, love the flowers but not the shape. Didn’t have time to fix it soo I don’t recommend

XOXOROCIO First and last time Ill go to this place. Never been here even though Im a native to the town but came to get my nails off and they do not do "soak off" instead they take your nails off with a new nail and charge you $20 for it. Ive been to other places that charge $10-$15 where they actually do soak your hands in acetone to take your nails off. Take your business elsewhere instead of getting ripped off

Savannah Giddens This is one of the worst nail sets I’ve ever had. None of them are straight they are already lifting after only a day of having them they tell you one price then raise it $15 extra. The man was so aggressive with my nails it hurt at one point I yanked my hand back bc of how painful it was. The design I asked for looks nothing like the picture and these are wedding nails and the girl I went with her nails are 10x worse than mine. When I called to tell them about it he just argued with me and told me they were perfect when clearly they aren’t. The left is what I asked for the right is what I got none of them are even or straight not even the same length. It looks like scribbles on my nails.

Dayton Garrison I had a great experience at this salon today. made an appointment yesterday for today for a mani pedi, and the service I had was great. there was only one person working when I got there so I said I can just get the pedi if it’s too much and he it was fine and started on my fingernails right away. I never felt rushed at this salon nor judged, and the second girl that came in was great and friendly as the first person was. will be coming back.

Tamara Brazelton I am so impressed with the service, we went later in the evening without hesitation they did our pedicure and wax and absolutely beautiful nails on my daughter. It was never rushed. I felt like I was a friend and not just a client. Dont hesitate to go its the best.

Jasmin Barragan First time doing an sns manicure and massage in Georgia and I must say it is by far one of the BEST experience I’ve had. It’s a perfect way to end off a vacation. For anyone visiting from New York, I definitely recommend it. Thank you to my beautiful cousins Carla and Michelle for bringing me here and thank you to all the beautiful ladies at the spa!!

Stephanie Hunter The place is clean, the staff was so nice and helpful when I took my 90 year old mother there for a pedicure. I had Kat and she was great, very detail oriented. My mom had Train( I know I messed that up) mom really liked her and said she did a really good job. We will definitely go there from now on.

Angela Chastain I don’t usually do reviews but I felt like I had to take the time to do this one. I had my nails done here on a Saturday morning and on Tuesday of that week I got a big chip in one. By Wednesday I had three more chips and one had come completely off. I had never had my nails do that before, they usually last forever. So I went back to the shop on Wednesday evening and the owner not only fixed my broken nails but redid my whole set. Customer service at it’s finest. Thank you

You can’t beat the prices in Gainesville… I literally go all the time and she never lets me down. The place is beautiful, so clean and you won’t leave disappointed. I use to go to other places in Gainesville but you can’t beat the prices and SKILLS these ladies have. They work very hard to satisfy their customers. Where do ppl do that anymore?? Here, that’s where.

Carmen Jones I moved to the Gainesville area one year ago this month. The first time I went to Paris Nails, I felt welcome. My nails always look great (so do my toes) staff here is wonderful, product professional. I haven’t tried any other place. Just keep coming back…..

imorxovic kejeji Went in there to get my acrylic off of my thumb, I explained to them that it was falling off due to the glue and how long they’ve been on there. They proceeded to talk bad about me while I was there waiting for 20 minutes. They don’t care about their customers. I was on the phone, and she ripped my thumb nail completely off and laughed when I screamed and jumped up. They said nothing as I left… they didn’t sanitize anything before beginning on my nails and made me pay $60 FOR THIS.

I’ve been debating posting this bc I wanted to gate keep my fav nail place in gville, but they deserve the business!!

Cheyenne Kinsley Showed them a pic of what I wanted. They said they could do it and this is what I got. She didn’t have me wash my hands after my fill so the paint is bumpy the ghost is terrible and the black nail polish which was gel polish started smearing off. They charged 65 dollars for the fill and gel polish with design. And I paid $40 somewhere else to have it fixed as soon as I left. 10/10 would not recommend! This was the result after I had the manager guy fix what the girl did.
