1 /5 Hannah Coberly: I showed them the picture of what I wanted seemed like it was no issue. I asked for sns he applied with a brush, barely filed them, there is black acrylic all over my skin, applied several layers of gel coat on top, fibers from rag in a few in my nails which caused bumps and holes. This is not even cheetah. Lol oh and they also argued with me that they do not make black sparkle ANYTHING! And had the audacity to charge me 55$ what a joke! Oh not to mention my fingers are so dried out because I had to soak my previous polish off in pure accitine. What a joke so now I’m having to pay someone to take this mess off and redo. I will post those results as soon as It’s done! Don’t waste ur time or money

1 /5 Melanie Walden: This is the worst my nails have ever been. I’ve been here a couple of times before, and never have had my nails look like this. And the owner did them. Got them done on Friday night. Saturday morning, one already cracked and came off. Went in to get it fixed, and they took care of it. Awesome. Later that day, two more have the corners crack off. Now I have 4 cracked corners, and the clear coating on all of my nails are cracked all over. Never again!

5 /5 Kayla Campbell: I’m new to the area and have tried multiple nails salons. & this was by far the best. I was seen as a walk-in, and Timmy got me in and out within 35 minutes. He did my SNS different than i’m used to, but it looks AMAZING. His speed is fast, but very efficient. I booked my next appointment and will continue to do so!

Amy Cook: I would give zero stars if I could. My mom and I went to this salon today. I got a pedicure and she got a cut and paint. She finished and paid. I finished and went to the front and the guy said, “ you pay for her paint change?” I said,” no, I am not.” So after a full minute of everyone talking back and forth ( like we were trying to get out without paying) he said “$25 for you.” I paid. My mom wanted an eye brow wax so I told him that.. he said,” she has not paid for an eye brow wax, where is she?” I said, “I know she hasn’t.. and if it’s any of your business she went to get her wallet and put her sneakers up.” She came back in and sat in the waxing chair.. he proceeds to tell me again. “ she hasn’t paid for eye brow wax” I said, “ I know! She just decided she wanted one and you don’t pay until it’s finished, calm down and chill out. We’re not trying to run out of here not paying.” I have never had a problem with this place but we were treated like criminals and will not be back. Also, , I am pretty sure they are supposed to be using a wax stick and throwing it away after each time it touches your face- they don’t. One stick per person not per use.

Kristi Lee: The custodian women that works in this mall is a so rude!!! I take one of my patients there so he can get walk around and get out of his appartment for a while and she is always harassing us,if we bring a drink in or a snack. We have never made a mess or left a mess I could understand if we had but we dont. She even told my patient that the bathroom was closed one day and so he couldnt use it, it was not closed.

Michelle Boyd: They have done a great job on my nails and the cost for a fill was $35 and that took 45 min or so. I wanted my toes JUST PAINTED. They did not have to remove any polish they did not have to file my nails they were just ready to be polished. They did not have to sand my feet they did not have to do anything but put polish on which took maybe 10 minutes. I was charged $25. I can get a whole pedicure for that. This gel polish is such a big rip-off its not even funny. From now on Im just going to do them myself I can do a pretty good job without having to pay $25. I wonder if they would charge the same if I brought my own polish in which Im sure they dont allow that. Never again, never again.

After an hour of arguing with the staff I finally got them to agree to paint my nails and then they painted my nails a color I didnt want. Now they look ridiculous. What am gonna do when I have to nail them in my wall and they dont match my funiture.

Alice Schneider: I will not go there again. I asked if they take walk-ins & was told yes. I waited 30-35 minutes. I was then sat down at a station to get my manicure done. The technician put lotion in baggies & had me put my hands in them & then had me put them in some heated pockets. That was fine for the first 5-10 minutes. She had me sitting there for 30 minutes. I got frustrated that they were wasting my time and walked out. I was there over an hour & they hadnt started my manicure. This just wasnt acceptable to me. I have been to this nail shop on & off over the 30 years Ive lived in this area. They always had good service in the past. I thought that what they did today was wrong & rude!
