1 /5 Amy Cook: I would give zero stars if I could. My mom and I went to this salon today. I got a pedicure and she got a cut and paint. She finished and paid. I finished and went to the front and the guy said, “ you pay for her paint change?” I said,” no, I am not.” So after a full minute of everyone talking back and forth ( like we were trying to get out without paying) he said “$25 for you.” I paid. My mom wanted an eye brow wax so I told him that.. he said,” she has not paid for an eye brow wax, where is she?” I said, “I know she hasn’t.. and if it’s any of your business she went to get her wallet and put her sneakers up.” She came back in and sat in the waxing chair.. he proceeds to tell me again. “ she hasn’t paid for eye brow wax” I said, “ I know! She just decided she wanted one and you don’t pay until it’s finished, calm down and chill out. We’re not trying to run out of here not paying.” I have never had a problem with this place but we were treated like criminals and will not be back. Also, , I am pretty sure they are supposed to be using a wax stick and throwing it away after each time it touches your face- they don’t. One stick per person not per use.

1 /5 Jacquel Colbert: I went to get a pedicure February 23rd the lady name Ana did my pedicure I believed she cut my cuticle and I had pain when she sprayed alcohol. The other lady put acrylic over cuticle instead of my nail. I can’t recall the other lady name. My toenail started hurting first after 2 days later. My big toe is swollen now with pain it’s been a week now. Something isn’t right. I hope my toenail didn’t get infected. I need to speak to a manager about this. I need the manager to inspect this place. I paid $50 for the pedicure. I don’t think I will be returning here for pedicures anymore. This use to be my favorite place sadly. I hope they clean the foot soakers well. Someone need to inspect this place. Now I have to go see a doctor. I think I got toenail fungus from this place. I don’t think this place is clean this place needs to be inspected. I been here several times. I noticed my last two pedicures. I started seeing my toenails change color. Don’t go here for pedicures y’all they’re not clean. It’s ashamed that another nail salon say that your nails are uneven and they were uneven/ I paid $50 for gel. I went to another nail salon to get them fix. I want be coming back. There more into conversations than focusing on your nails. Please don’t come here it’s a waist of time and money. The last picture on the right is where I fixed my nails at another nail salon Royale nails in Gainesville. It’s difference in the shape and size. Royale nails in Gainesville always get 5.0 stars from me they take there time and focus on my nails and they make my nails nice and neat better than the one in flowery branch winder hwy. I wish I can give this place 0 stars. I’m disappointed this use to be my favorite nail salon .

5 /5 Donna Stockslager: Today was my first time at Royal Nails. I was pleased to see the shop was busy, and they did accept my walk in.. very clean, everyone was super friendly and kind. Linda did my eyebrow wax, they look amazing! Sara did my pedicure, she did a wonderful job, perfect pressure, and color is neat and clean. I did the Royal pedicure if you are in need of some relaxation this is the pedicure and place for you.. Thank you.. see you real soon.
