    Andrea Harris: The lady, I normally go to usually does a phenomenal job. Today was a new lady and we had a disagreement because she wanted to point out the imperfections in my eyebrow, but her job is a artist is to arch them and I’ve never had anyone ever do that. So she accused me of being rude to her and I wasn’t. I was just letting her know I’m aware of my face since I’ve had it my entire life. And I’ve never had any issues there. We simply decided each other’s energy wasn’t a match, and I carried on however, I corrected her for labeling me as rude when I was speaking to her with tact and admit everything that I said, especially since I’m sensitive about my eyebrows and I pay money. She wanted to carry on and create a point because her feelings were hurt. Next time just listen to the customer. Because we pay money For service and if you’re not confident in your work as an artist, don’t do eyebrows. I will be back when my normal lady is there and have a great experience as I normally do. And when I asked for that lady, the lady didn’t tell me when she would come or it seemed to be of any help.

    June Bailey: I drove my Mother in law to her doctor appointment and after her doctors appointment we stopped at Great Clips to get her hair cut. The hairstylist was very nice and friendly. She helped my Mother in law get into the chair. I thought that was nice of her to do.

    Whysee S “why see”: Horrible, the instructor in there tonight literally made excuses and lied.. first she said she doesn’t cut hair at all, then said she couldn’t cause of back pain, on top of I was there way before 6pm to get a cut…All I wanted was a simple cut, then tells me I couldn’t get one because of no students.. when I called earlier I was told I would be just fine to get a cut, then she argues with me and went to raise her voice when I was already going out the front door…. This place has gone downhill, it is not like it was before… it won’t be hard to figure who work tonight since she said she is the only instructor there tonight. Shouldn’t be hard for management to figure it out who she is…The instructor also admitted to taking pain pills to get through the day, which I’m pretty sure you can’t be dope up at work or driving… it wouldn’t of been a problem if they didn’t tell me it would be perfectly fine or had me just sit there for 40min. I just watch her walk around acting like she is busy with 2 students. Walk around…. I always had a instructor cut my hair and never been a problem period..

    Kirston C: They did an amazing job on my nails! I had a walk-in today and they accommodated me immediately for acrylics. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted even though I didnt really know how to describe it. My nails are beautifully smooth and not bulky like other salons have given me in the past. The salon itself is gorgeous! Everything is super clean and organized. The atmosphere is relaxing. I will definitely be going back!

    Raluca M. Carty: This nail salon is great! She does an amazing job. I work with my hands a lot and I put gloves on and off all day and the SNS just lasts. Ive had it done somewhere else and it didnt even last one week. But whenever King nails does it, it lasts until the nails grow too long.
