2 /5 gloria dean: Not my worst nail experience, but definitely not one I would choose to repeat. Tina used the drill to file off my last gel polish. My big toes were left grooved and misshapen. The owner said it was from constant polish and not the technique used. It would have been too hot for me to sit through her grinding the grooves into my nails. I am very particular about the shaping and one toe doesnt match. The color I chose did not, in my opinion, match even though the numbers did. Not sure where the disconnect happened. The owner said it would match after more coats, but the tech didnt want to put on more than two. She eventually did three but the big toes arent painted to the edges. My concerns were addressed with an attitude and in the end, I just said everything was fine and left... my treat and me time not the best experience this time. What do you think is the color I chose? Maybe its just my old eyes.
