1 /5 Savanna Fluharty: 3 of us went yesterday to get manis and pedis. Myself, my mom, my toddler. Instead of giving my daughter a good first experience, they didn’t put her in the open free princess toddler chair. They put her in an adult one where her feet could barely touch the water. They made her sit there for 20 mins before even starting on her feet. They never even painted her nails like we asked for. We even picked out the colors for her nails. They just kept skipping over her to get other customers done.
#2 my mom asked for a very light pink base for her French tip instead of white on white basically. Just a natural look. Well they literally just painted them pink. Looks ridiculous. Again- They didn’t listen to a single thing we asked for. Then ( ahead of time) she asked for a design on her toe. Well they did one. Didn’t let her tell or show them what she wanted, didn’t show her any, just did some random design on her toe /:
To top it off- less than 24 hours later her white has chipped off her nails.
Then mine. I got one color on my fingers and toes for 80$. They look Horrible. Looked bad from the get go. They rushed us out the door, did an awful job, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. You will get better service for cheaper anywhere else. I’ll post pictures of mine for reference even though I’m embarrassed I paid 80$ for this!!
