MELANIE BEAN Great experience! Wonderful customer service, color choices, the staff are really nice and conversational. This place is super clean and very cute inside. I decided to try this place after receiving a sub par manicure at another salon. They were so helpful and totally understood what I wanted. My manicurist was very attentive. My nails came out beautiful! They shaped them perfectly and the color was so elegant and natural. The owner of the salon, Carrie, is so nice and chatted with me throughout the service. I will only be visiting this salon from now on!

Ashley Sumpter My daughter went here today and the nails are terrible. They are bumpy and look like a child painted them. Her being young didn’t know to ask them to fix them. She just paid the $70 and left.

Hollie Hester I stopped in today to get a pedicure.It was the first time coming there . They did a wonderful job .I loved the way they include the neck and Shoulder massage !They also put a warm neck wrap on you. I really enjoyed it. It’s a little details that make your experience so much better! They did an awesome job. I’ll definitely be back!

Madison Warner Horrible. I went to get my nails done and show a pic asked what the price was and I was told $65. When I went to get acrylics the lady put them on my finger and cut them without asking how long I wanted them and also said I don’t need them long. They over charged me.

Sydney Garrett I’ve gone here a few times and never had any issues until today, the lady doing my nails was trying to remove my SNS with nail clippers and almost ripped half of my nail off, it was bleeding and throbbing. They had to literally glue half of my nail back together in order to do anything to do it. And then on top of that they charged me full price, and charged me for a design because my French tip showed the dried up blood. And I didn’t end up getting a design, if I didn’t have bridal portraits this weekend I would’ve walked out but I had to get something done.

Dorothy DeLand So, Ive been searching for a regular nail salon for months and Ive found it! Everyone was extremely well-spoken and friendly, and the salon was immaculately clean. I didnt get the feeling, as I have many times before at other salons, that the staff were talking smack about the customers in their native language. I saw Kimberly, and she was an absolute master of her craft. Shes been doing this for a long time, and its obvious. She was quick, efficient, funny, and perfectly executed all 5 services I got. GO SEE KIMBERLY!! 2.19.24. I went back and saw Kimberly again, and I stand by what I originally posted. This place is wonderful.

Jay Mill Ive gotten 4 pedicures here, and they have all been fine. This is the first time Ive done my nails. I got the sns tips. For reference, I know how to do my own nails. Im just lazy. The tips were placed quickly and sloppily and not at towards the edge of my nails, which caused the whole nail job to lift up and point upwards. The dips in my nails are clearly seen and felt. There is space under the false tip where you can see my nail which means water, dirt, and everything will get in there and cause it to lift, break and be dirty. It was just a bad job. I voiced many times that there were issues but my tech just pushed through. She fixed my one thumb but not the other and at that point I just got quiet because why would I keep saying things to only get stared at with no change. The other nail tech did offer to redo my nails and I probably should have done that but honestly Im just pissed someone took time to do my nails, give a hand massage and feel the bumps, lifting and uneven tips and think it was a good job. Im far too emotional to sit and have them redone, so Im going to take them off myself and redo them. As a side note my cousin also got her nails done and they were perfect. Her hands look great and I am happy for her. Once again I was offered to have them redone by another tech but my day and mood is already ruined and I just wanted to go home.

Quonisa Bailey Miss Kimberly did my nails for a wedding and she was amazing!! They look so pretty and I got several compliments. She listened to what I wanted and elevated it. I’ve put these nails through it and they have held up just fine! I’ll definitely keep coming back

Nikeeta Brewton Ms. Linda did an excellent job with my manicure and she is very kind and professional!!! My mother and I came on a Monday morning. There were no other customers in front of us so it wasnt a long wait. She works very quickly and had us on our way in no time.

Mecy Washington If you live in the newnan area or surrounding areas PLEASE DO NOT patronize this nail shop. Today I decided to treat myself to some self care services. Stopped in to give them a try. The owner screamed each time whenever I asked a question. My nails look horrible given that I walked in with duck nails and only got a fill in. She filed my nails into square shaped nails to her liking. I did not request square nails. I ASKED FOR A FILL IN on my duck nails. Whenever I would ask a question related to my nails she started speaking to the other lady in their language knowing that I wouldn’t understand her. Every other word was spoken in English. Please pay attention to the REVIEWS so you won’t be disappointed.$3 away from $70 for something my 6 yr old granddaughter could have done. What a waste of time! Always follow your first mind and travel if need be to get what you pay for to be satisfied. Run

KarlaSue Bowkley I came here July 30th, 2023. It is now Sept 5th, 2023 ( photo is today). I have not had time to visit another nail salon ( over the road truck driver), but my full set is still holding strong , no lifts. They look pretty much as fabulous now as they did when they were first done. (You ladies know what I mean... time does take its toll, but no lifts... only growth). I was a certified nail technician decades ago, but the ONLY thing Ive done to my nails is file them shorter. I can not be more impressed. Oh, my pedicure was absolutely fabulous as well. If they had showed me how to work the massage part of the chair, or would have been the top of all nail experiences. Definitely give this shop a go. They do a fabulous job, and listen to what you want.

Alexis Rayne I absolutely love this nail salon and recommend it to everyone. I get acrylic done every 2-3 weeks and am always happy. Never too thick, always a good shape, and last forever! Linda and Pham are my favorite techs!

Tomacina Hird Beautiful! I have been coming to this location for almost 2 years and have always been extremely pleased. Like any salon sometimes I have to ask them to correct a few things, but I truly get nothing but amazing service every time I go. Occasionally, my daughter comes out with me and today, they did nothing but provide not only the exceptional service that I’m used to, but her nails look absolutely stunning!

Alexis Bryant This was my first visit to this salon. My mom, grandmother, and I were getting our nails done for my mother’s wedding. The place is nice. It was my first time getting French nails, and the guy who did them did fine. When it came to my pedicure however, I asked the lady if I could get it hotter because the water was barely lukewarm. At first she wanted to argue with me and said that the water was already hot. It took a few minutes of me arguing with her before she put more water in my bath, and even then it was just barely warm. Once it came to paint my nails I asked her for black with sparkles. When she was putting on the sparkles she tried to assume I only wanted my big toe with the sparkles instead of all of my toes because SHE thought it looked better that way. I only went along with it after my mom also thought that one toe was better than all of them being sparkly. The pedicure chairs aren’t the best either the vibrate but it feels like I’m sitting on a big phone going off, instead of feeling like a massage chair. The vibration was all in the bottom and not in the back. I also had to constantly cut the chair back on because it would go off after less than 10 minutes. I don’t know where they got these chairs but the need to go in the trash. The total for the 3 of us came to $310. We will never come back again! We told them when we walked in the door what we wanted and they took advantage by adding extra charges when asking us for stuff we originally wanted.

Vani Baldwin New to the area, I am looking for a good nail salon. I saw the mixed reviews for Majestic, decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I got dip nail service. Within a day it started to chip. It has just been getting worse. This is at day 4. I’ve never had this happen before.

Johnna Russell I recently moved back to Newnan in Aug. 2024. I have tried this location at least 3 different times now with terrible experiences each time! The technicians are unaware of how to do a simple French tip or ombre and of course you’re made to feel like you’re the problem. The only reason I have returned is because they do a decent job at waxing eyebrows. Do not come here unless you feel like having to educate a licensed professional on how to provide their services

Mica I have never left a nail salon truly happy with every detail but my entire experience here every time is literal perfection. I wouldnt trust anyone else. My gel nails and toes are so cute everytime I just stare at them for days.

Kameshia Jones I follow Helen wherever she goes!!! Her services are superb and Mae does my pedicures and let’s just say, I don’t want them to stop! The salon is always professional clean, prompt and very thorough! I am always greeted with a smile! The music selection is very thoughtful, very considerate, very demure! Sierra Jones I’ve been coming here for years. It’s been a couple months but I finally came and got my feet done again and I had the most amazing experience. It’s very relaxing, the services are done very well and they are so kind. Lily gave me the best pedicure ever! 10/10 definitely recommend.

princess lewis The technician that did my nails was extremely impersonal. It’s been only 5 days and my pointing finger nail is peeling. Please see pics. It was one of the worst experience I’ve had getting my nails done. I will never go back there.

I always come in with some design I found on google lol, and she makes it happen flawlessly. She’s also patient with me and helps me make choices I end up loving when I’m indecisive!

lateshia partridge I got my nails done here for my birthday, and I absolutely love them! This salon is perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing experience and high-quality work. They take their time, so if you’re in a rush, this may not be the place for you. The color selection is incredible, with plenty of shades that complement brown skin tones beautifully. My favorite nail tech is May she’s precise, professional, and always does an amazing job. If you want stunning nails and a calm, enjoyable atmosphere, I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to come back!

Alexis Hawkins Hannah was very patient and informative about the products she used and answered all of my questions. She gave good suggestions based on my preferences. I went in for a soak off after my acrylic set began to pop off. Hannah took great care of my nails and she talked me into getting something light so they wouldn’t look so rough. She was very kind and made sure she left no room for mistakes with my gel set. I will be back to see Hannah again! :) $35 for a soak off and gel set before tip. The salon itself looked unassuming from the outside, however once inside it was grand and beautiful. The kind of low profile I enjoy. I went on a Sunday around noon, so the foot traffic was very light and you could enjoy the peacefulness within the space. Very elegant feel to the entire place.

Danni Thomas My daughter and I both had an appointment for 11:45. With a nail tech. A. Walk-in came in just before us. With her two little girls. They gave our nail tech to her. So after waiting 15 minutes we walked out. This is the second time they have done this. No apology. No nothing.

Jasman Jackson I usually do not do reviews but given my most recent experience at Waterscape Nails & Spa last Wednesday, I had to speak up. Only 4 days later, I noticed that my nails were chipping badly, and my toes looked awful. More importantly, I want to briefly share my experience. I recently moved to Newnan and was looking for a nail salon in the area. Waterscape looked like a nice relaxing spa salon, so I decided to schedule appt. What I dont like is when you are a new client to a salon it seems that they always give up the techs that are not as experienced. My nail tech Jenny had really bad energy and did not want want to do the SnS with the gel with tips. She had really bad attitude so the experience was stressful and awful for me to have to ask her to draw a more rounded line on my white tips. She seemed very irritated. And Rose doing my pedicure was awful...she asked my to pick a color. (They do not have Opi or other main brands). I told her the number for the color, and she kept saying, I have a white..) $143 later and feeling more stressed and definitely unhappy with the overall service not to mention there were techs all huddled in the back having a blast with coworkers while I was experiencing this awful service..check out these pics. (Byw, one Pic is what I asked for. ) I am now looking for a new salon to correct this disaster! Good luck if you visit this salon. I will never visit again!

Kimberly OBrien Walk in customers for a great afternoon with my kiddos. We had an amazing experience, my son got his first massage and my daughter couldnt stop smiling at her fancy glitter nails and toes. Happy kiddos equals happy mom. I got a pedicure and it was great. Everyone was friendly from the moment we walked in. We will surely be back.

Janice Smith Im new to the area and went to several nail salons. I came across Sugar Polish and will go no where else. Elly is my technician and I only see her for everything. She does my nails and pedi. She is good at what she does and is a beautiful person to spend the time and money with. My cost seems higher then others because one person does everything for me. My average cost is 115.00 plus tip that includes polish change, hand and foot massage and that I choose a higher cost pedi treatment. Elly does a great job with every request I have. All the women and men that work here are excellent in their field. Please remember that you are being provided a good service by good people. Be respectful and tip well. Willow I tried this place (Sugar Polish) several months ago & my polish chipped in one day. I decided to give it another try due to the convenience of where I live…. Although the employees are all so nice, their being friendly did not keep the polish from chipping. The photos is less than 3days new. Disappointing.

Abby McFarlin-Knight Always a pleasant experience. Each technician has been polite, super thorough and seems to be very experienced. I’m always greeted with a smile. My husband went with me this time for a pedicure. He’s never really enjoyed them, until today! He loved it! Says he’s coming back with me next time.

Kelly OConnell I really enjoy this salon for so many reasons. The staff are all great with nails, and they are all so friendly! I have tried a couple different locations in Newnan, and Cozy has been the best. My nails look good for the duration between fill ins. They do not fall off or lift. Give them a try if you are looking for good service with consistency.

Lexus Smith I’m new to the area & was recommended to come here. I brought my grandma and I do not regret at all!! The moment we walked in, all staff members greeted us and the service was phenomenal. My grandma had a mani/pedi, while I had a mani & new acrylic set. Rubi did such a wonderful job with my nails and took her time but still so efficient. She check-in with me to make sure I like every single step. Bao & Nancy serviced my grandmother and she absolutely loved the work they did. We cannot wait to come back!!

Kirsti Manning I am MORE than happy with how my nails turned out. Jay did a great job!! Most nail places these days don’t take the time to make sure your cuticles are cut. Which makes for a better looking nail in my opinion. He made sure to do that! My nails turned out EXACTLY how I wanted them. I showed him a picture and told him what shape I wanted and he executed it perfectly. I will def be back!! I live in Carrollton, and will happily make the drive to come back!

Lisa Kincaid I had a good experience at Zen Nails! Young did an amazing job on my nails—theyre giving total beach vibes, and I like them. The attention to detail and the relaxing atmosphere made it such a treat. Highly recommend booking with Young if you want beautiful, vacation-ready nails. I had a gel pedicure as well, which I added a callus remover treatment to.

Lorrie Lowery Young did an absolutely amazing job on my nails. She was so sweet and truly is talented! I showed her a photo of the nails I wanted, and she recreated the nails but did a better job than the original! These are my favorite nails I have ever had. She was very fast as well. I pick at my fingers so my cuticles are looking rough but Young shaped and designed my nails perfectly!

Brittany Pitts I had my first visit at Zen Nails Spa today and absolutely loved it! I was a walk-in that came in around 1:30 on a Sunday. The wait was maybe 20 minutes. Young asked to see my reference picture and I showed her. She informed they didn’t have the exact black glitter in the picture, but she said she had one very similar and assured me it would look good. She was very careful not to cause any discomfort and made sure to check in with me periodically to make sure everything was to my liking. Young and Lee are very friendly had me laughing, along with the client Lee was working with. I’m extremely happy with the end result, and looks better than the original, in my opinion! I 100% recommend them and will be coming back again!
