I am the opposite of picky and I have thought long and hard about this before posting but here goes: I took my friend out for his birthday and we chose the collagen pedicures (the most expensive ones) - although they felt amazing, the people working on us were quite obviously rude. It’s almost like they didn’t want to do the procedure… also I made the mistake of needing to go to the rest room in the middle of the pedicure and they almost had a heart attack because I went to the restroom barefooted. My mistake I own it. On top of that, we both left with one or more nail areas bleeding. I gave them another chance and brought my mom in for her nails and they made her fingers bleed as well. I would never give someone a bad review unless they earned it but the rudeness is obvious and uncalled for. Each time they got 20% tip. Not a nice way to treat someone who spends money in your establishment.

5 /5 Sylina Libasci: I stopped in without an appointment to get my nails done on Halloween day and the girls were very professional and very helpful. I got acrylics removed, a manicure and acrylics again. As well as polish change. I totally recommend this location for your Professional nail care.

1 /5 Esmer Vasquez: Asked for a manicure and sns over my natural nails. Walked in with long nails and asked they not be cut down, but he filed them all the way down to hideous square nubs. On top of that he was so rude and got mad at me because “I didn’t let my nails dry” meanwhile he was the one pulling my hands in and out of the UV light. I never received the proper manicure he only aggressively cut off my cuticles, and he left my nail bed bleeding and swollen. I asked for two lines drawn on and he was so mad he kept restarting them over and over and he left my nails smudged blue and orange. His electric file was on max speed and kept hurting me because it felt like he was rushing. If you go to this salon never sit in this man’s chair. He’s rude and very bad at his job.

1 /5 h: Went 07.12.23 and asked for just almond/oval shaped white matte nails. The woman who did my nails originally cut the acrylics WAY too short and when I asked her to make them longer she was rude and said I was at fault. She made my fingers bleed with the Dremel, and all of the nails are angled sideways or upwards. They are WAY too thick and the shape was not how I wanted. When I asked her to dull the points slightly, she said no! and then continued painting them. The nail polish is streaky and has bubbles and uneven spots. Horrible service and will not be returning.
