1 /5 Rachel caesar: Very rude, left before being serviced. Just needed nail repaired and visiting from out of town. One lady acted like she didnt understand sent me to another lady who was doing pedicure and told me it would be 30 minute wait. I said I would wait as my vehicle was in the service center @ Walmart. When I had to go to service center for a minute all of a sudden lady who was todo repair couldnt cause she had appointment coming. Check with another tech and she stated she would do it. I went to service center and decided I didnt wantto spend my hard earn money there and left.

5 /5 L A: I have patronized Regal Nails for as long as I can remember. They are always busy for a reason. I would like for the TV to actually work but other than that no complaints Always satisfied when I leave.

5 /5 Glenda: Whenever I come to Albany and nees my nails done I head over to Walmart and visit Regal Nails. My feet was done by Cindy. She is very thorough and has great hands to massage. My feet feel like butter. My nails were done by Jackie. He is the very best He got rid of a lot of old acrylic that wasnt cute. He knew just what I meant when I said I dont like the shape of the fill at the cuticle line. Absolutely perfect. Go see thia crew. They know their customers well and are super friendly.

1 /5 Erica Harris: At first I wasnt going to go to Regal because several years ago I had a bad experience getting a pedicure and here it is years later I am having the same experience. My polish is already coming off my feet but I got Gel polish...SMH. Both feet are sore which I kinda expected but not to the point it hurts to put on my work shoes. Im at work wanting to cry so bad and go home but its the holidays so I need to get all I can get. The only service I am actually pleased with are my eyebrows. I will take service somewhere else next time cause what I received wasnt worth 65.00.

1 /5 Imani: I had to go to the hospital last night after I got my toes polished. The nail tech cut my toe trying to get off a acrylic toe nail. It bled really bad and I could tell she didnt want to help me with the issue. I explained to her boss what happened and I didnt feel like I should pay for the mistake that she made. Well the boss insisted that I pay and I told her that I shouldnt have to pay because she cut me and polished over my green toe nail without treating it and she didnt use any new implements she used already been used nail files and buffers. She was not cleaning anything. Its terrible that I had to pay and I told this to the boss Im in the same field and she said we are good with State Board and smiled. They need to be shut down for real. Im not happy about what happened and Ill Bever go back to them. Very rude and unprofessional .
