1 /5 Cathryn: This place used to be great and now it’s trash. I was very clear with what I wanted for my nails, and they gave me something completely different than that. They also took so long that I didn’t have time for them to fix it (not that they probably could have.) It was miserably hot, there were dozens of flies in the place, and the phone was ringing off the hook with no one answering it. My nails were also left very crooked, my cuticles were cut and bleeding, and the male nail tech gripped my fingers so hard that they hurt. It was also way too expensive for the service. I will not be going back.

1 /5 Lîvīñglïfétø thëfùllêst: What I wanted vs what I got they slacked off over the years this isn’t worth the price no one seems to not know how to do designs I didnt have an issue last time . Only thing good was the lady who did my toes I wish someone else that o was used to seeing in there gave me the design instead. The nail polish shouldn’t be all over my fingers nor seeping into my cuticles from where it’s filed at .I have a trip to go to this weekend im pissed ! When someone ask who did my nails with disgust I will def say ledo nails .

1 /5 Asmar Alqaadir: This place has gone downhill. It cannot possibly be owned by the same people who opened it. I brought my niece here and was treated as if she was a bother to be serviced. The air never works and the prices are ridiculous for the lack of service and talent provided. They also charge $1.50 to use any electronic form of payment. I will NEVER return here. After being treated so poorly we politely left and went to BLISS NAILS. Shout out to Bliss!

1 /5 Bill Arndt: My wife and my granddaughter went here for a mani-pedi. When she was done and paid it was $205.00. The salon didn’t tell her upfront how much it was going to be, and she was shocked and pissed. We recently moved here from Jacksonville Florida and the prices there are half of this ripoff charge. Do your research people before you patronize this screw job nail salon. What a Joke!

1 /5 Ashia Williams: This is the most terrible day ever .. I will never go back to this place. First of all the customer service is ghetto and very unprofessional. Second I asked for my toe nails to be cut down this lady used an nail filer to file them down and I asked for them to be cut down. Lord help me I asked for my ingrown nail on the big toes only to be removed she states she didnt know how to do that and the guy next to her said he would do it... Did not change his gloves or anything .. keep in mind she did not open an new kit up to start my pedicure at all. She did not have all the equipment to do my pedicure at all and plus she talked to the guy beside her more than doing my feet. At this point I didnt want any polish cause he was messing the lady polish up on her toes.. and she messing up my feet why would I want the polish I dont want the gel or the top coat Ill rather leave and pay you for playing in water with my feet. Thats what I did...also then when Im paying she had the nerve to ask was there something wrong maam please go the a corner and count the tiles. And I left if I could give a negative star that would be my rating .. never again and I do not recommend this place at all.
