3 /5 Christopher Graham, MBA: They were very friendly! I mean extremely friendly! This has to by far be the most welcoming nail salon I have been to! However, I hate when techs speak Korean over me. They were mocking the work of my previous nail tech. I can make out certain phrases that lead me to that assumption. She finally said something about the acrylic being thick. This was quite ironic, because I went in for a matte black short coffin set. The couldn’t find the matte polish so they asked another tech for her polish. It was cute, but when she found “her” polish it turned out very streaky. The shaping and laying of the acrylic were subpar. This was shocking because she was the owner. I came here because of the good reviews and referrals. Great service, but maybe I should have let another tech complete me service. The are a bit on the pricey side also. I paid $50 for the full set in the images. Just plain acrylic and gel polish. I was not pleased, but I had already had a bad experiences returning to a nail salon to get repairs. I just went to another shop, though her husband did say return if I was I unpleased. I think he knew they were not cute.
