1 /5 Bryce Bragg: To begin with...I paid $90 for a very disappointing experience. I was never asked about the kind of tips or style I wanted for my nails, and the nail tech barely communicated with me throughout the process. I felt rushed, even though I arrived early in the morning when the shop first opened.
I came in with no nails and expected a fresh set, trusting the salon to do the work properly. Instead, the nail tech proceeded to apply tips without confirming the type or length I wanted.
The whole process took 3 hours for what I ended up with, and I don’t feel the results were worth the price. The nails are short with a bulky, square shape, no uniform size or shape, and the tech didn’t ask for any input on my preferences. She struggled to meet my request for pink ombre colors.
What’s more, she cut me several times on different fingers while shaping my nails, and didn’t ask for clarification before continuing. I felt like my time wasn’t respected at all, and the experience left me frustrated and full of anxiety when the experience is supposed to be a stress reliever.. The tech had to leave right after finishing, and I was left feeling like I was overcharged for work that didn’t meet my expectations.
I would not recommend this service. Reasons being... the price, talent, professionalism, skills, and especially the lack of communication, attention to detail, and respect for my time.
