1 /5 Jenrae Taylor: Looked at the pictures and thought this would be a good place to go to get my nails done, but I thought wrong. This was my first time at this salon and it was below average. When I walked in I thought the place looked clean and was greeted immediately. The place was not busy so I got in for my mani and gel color change right away. I sat down and a girl started to take off my gel with a nail file instead of the nail drill and it hurt. Then after she did one hand told me someone else would be taking over, that’s fine, I see now she was just prepping. I never got the guy doing my nails name. He didn’t talk to me much, he seemed to have preferred talking to his co workers the entire time. I asked for rounded and half of my nails are the other half are uneven. Overall was not pleased and didn’t seem like they cared if I was there or not.

I have now attached photos. The first 2 photos are immediately after the service. I mostly was just not pleased with the accuracy or the shape and my experience at that point. But now, I decided to give them 1 star because 2 days of my new nails and they are stained, shape is still not making me happy and my nails are chipping already. My last gel manicure I got from somewhere else lasted me 6 weeks no chipping. I only needed them done again because they had grown out so much, they still looked just as good 6 weeks later. This job barely lasted 6 days. Horrible. I thought about going back and have them fix it but why would I sit there uncomfortably AGAIN to hopefully get it right?
