5 /5 Bridget Donatella: I loved that they used clean tools and fresh liners for my pedicure. The technician did such a great job cleaning up my cuticles and shaping my nails. I also appreciated the massage-it was so relaxing!

1 /5 Stacy Haire: I have visited this place about 10 times in the past year….but I will not be going back. Every time I have visited them to have nails put on… some come off in a few days. I’m retired and do light work. When I return to have them replaced… management doesn’t try to replace any at their expense. Management is not friendly towards customers and customer service is awful. The last time I visited management threatened to call the police on a lady when they told her to pay $35 for her pedicure then changed it restating to her that she needed to pay $40. The lady refused to pay $40. , but $35 as stated. Management could not provide the toe polish technique she wanted after completing her pedicure. The lady stated she was only going to pay $35. Both of them went back and forth about $5 which took away the relaxation and calmness of the atmosphere. I have watched how management is ungrateful and unappreciative of their customers for so long. I will not be back and maybe this will help someone who values their peace and hard earned money. I took the time to read all the reviews and there are too many negative comments and I do believe truthful because I have observed this business for the past year and we should not be rewarding their awful customer service with our hard earned money. They are rude and not concerned about what we want at all. Just read all the comments! I give them no stars and praying this business so people do not continue to be unappreciated and receive poor treatment and customer service.

2 /5 Tiffany Davis: I had the worst customer service experience Ive ever had here. I have been to angel nails several times and Ive even referred some people so it really surprised me this past time. From the ugly stares from one of the pedicure ladies, to the passive aggressiveness of the lady who did my nails (and she refused to do my nails the way I requested). There are several other things that I could add about my experience but its too much to type. I honestly left there feeling deflated. The only reason I am giving them a 2 star is because the pedicure and the person servicing me was very pleasant. I will not be returning or referring anytime soon.

2 /5 alyssa Sollesnes: First time going!!! The atmosphere is decent but the job they did wasn’t what I wanted exactly and the lady who did my nails was super fast approximately 30 minutes. I never received such a quick appointment. The women who did my nails at the front desk didn’t have a very good attitude. Seemed very annoyed and got the vibe she wasn’t the most wanting or willing to do my nails. The job she did majority of my nails were uneven, sized , or uncolored matched right. I showed a picture of exact nails I wanted and didn’t give me enough options to choose from. My nail polish on some fingers were patchy and uneven. Under my nails after applying the acrylic’s she never filed them underneath so my nails are sharp in some areas. This place seems to be overpriced. I got a simple green nail design and got charged $65.00. I wouldn’t recommend going to this nail salon and I will not be returning. Way too quick of a job that wasn’t done sufficiently enough for the price. Definitely better nail salons out there in the area to get what you pay for. Most certainly a disappointment.

2 /5 Melissa Andreniuk: My first experience here was great! I got almosttttt exactly what I wanted, shape and polish was fantastic! The person I brought with me did not. I had to speak up for her so the tech that was working on her understood exactly what she was asking for and in the beginning, didn’t seem like she wanted to accommodate. I went back last weekend, on 03/23 and had the worst experience. I showed them inspiration, told me they didn’t have the right colors (it was peach and a matching glitter…) they chose colors for me, I told them I didn’t like the secondary color and they told me this would look best. It doesn’t. My stiletto shape is pointing in different directions and a week later multiple nails are lifting. I also paid the same amount as my first set (less detail, no gems, etc) I’m a stay at home mom, I’m not hard on my nails. The ladies getting pedicures always seem pleased. I unfortunately will not be visiting again :(
