LaRue Carruth Did a good job on my feet did a very lousy job on my nails. The SS polish came off one of my nails in less then a week. Cuticles look horrible and part of my nails should have been filed. I told the people there I wanted my nails to be redone and not be charged. They would not do that even tho they saw how bad they looked. The day they were done they could not find the correct product to use so they used something different and told me it would be ok. The owner took the products to the other shop which left this shop with incorrect Product.

Chloe Blalock I have gotten my acrylics filled in twice here... the first time they did a decent job and i had no problems! They did it super fast and the people were nice! but I went wednesday to get them filled in again and yes, the people were nice but they did a horrible job. the lady didnt even know how to turn the drill/buffer on! She buffed the old acrylic away, a different man put on a new layer, then the lady buffed it off again and put the paint on! So the new layer basically didnt matter because she buffed the whole new layer off! She got polish all over my skin and didnt fully clean it up... And today, almost three days after i got them filled in, one broke! All i did was throw my dog his frisbee ONCE! and now the others are sliding off my nail bed without me even picking at them! I do not recommend this place! Oh, and on top of that, THE MAN LAUGHED AT ME FOR WANTING MY NAILS MATTE and also the lady tried to convince me to get a different color instead of the one I brought from home!

Margie Thomas My daughter just got her nails done here for the first time. She also took her little sister. The man who did her nails was distracted the whole time doing her nails. He was texting and talking on his phone. The first color was too transparent so she had them do a darker color. He ended up layering 7 coats of paint instead of removing the first color, which didn’t dry well enough by the time she needed to go to sleep. Besides the fact that the acrylic was not done well. She came back to try to get them to fix it and what business blames the customer?!! Telling her it was her fault. He was rude and only wanted to argue. He would not fix it without an additional charge. He was mad that I came in with her to address the issue. We will never go there again!! Horrible customer service. If I pay someone for their services I expect them to give me their full attention! Not play on their phone etc. that goes for my girls as well.

Melloney Coan It is always a pleasure to shop there. The owner is very sweet and friendly. Always great customer service. The place is always spotless.

Ray Maranda (SexxyTigger) They have great employees that are always very friendly and helpful. They have the best make-up Ive ever worn. I really hate when I have to wear a substitute because it just dont feel right. It feels like Ive got mud packed on my face cause it feels so heavy on my face.

Nicole Price Brought my daughter in to have her ears re-pierced after years of her not having them pierced and was a bit surprised by how standoffish the staff were considering all the amazing reviews I had heard specifically about their piercings. No instructions on caring for the piercings or how long to leave them in. I was just disappointed by the lack of customer service and how quickly the staff seemed like they wanted to get us done and out of the store.

Jones Rosan “Rossy” Its my first time visiting The brows threading lounge for my brows and lash extension. Kelly did a wonderful job. I am so happy of her service and I will be back for my lash refill even I am a little far from my place .

Karen Boone Seemed to be rushed even though no one was waiting and she cut a HUGE chunk out of my eyebrow before threading. I would not recommend this place at all! This will take forever to grow back!

Laura Raymond I was having lunch and saw A Cut Above from across the street. I was waaaay overdue for a cut, and even though I was a walk-in, Olivia was able to help me after a very short wait. I was looking for a total refresh, and did she deliver! I absolutely love my new hairstyle, and Im so happy I found such a great salon! I will absolutely recommend A Cut Above to my friends.

Misty Obuck First time ever coming here and absolutely love the atmosphere and the people and I had a hairdresser named Courtney. She was very professional knew exactly what I wanted and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be back.

Julia Durrah Terri at Sunflower Styles Salon is such a dope hairstylist. When it comes to doing hair, she is extremely talented. She also has so much patience when working with kids, especially younger ones. Terri has never failed to amaze me when my hair is finished and I always leave feeling beautiful as ever! I would definitely recommend her as your stylist for both natural hairstyles and protective styles. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!

QueenMai Obey I am new to Cartersville and was so concerned about finding someone close to braid my hair…To say I am HAPPY is such an understatement!! I am so glad I found Terry at Sunflower Salon. First of all, she has the sweetest personality. I loved our conversations. But Baaabaaay, that shampoo and scalp massage had me ready to go lay down!! Terry was professional, accurate, gentle, honest FAST and gave me exactly what I asked for. Not to mention, she is located basically around the corner from me…YEEESSS!! mackenzie Mai is the absolute best! I have been coming to her for almost a year now, and I most recently got my prom nails done by her. Both of the Country Nail Spa locations have good prices and a good staff. When one of my nails broke, I went to go get it fixed, and she did not make me pay a cent for it. Great people and a great business, would absolutely recommend!

Michael Wilson My fiancé was there on her birthday and they was very slow. We waited an hour. Then finally she had to keep telling the man what she wanted. Over and over again. They was very rough with her and cut some of her skin open. Half of her nails arent even put on right. Some of her real nail is still showing. They didnt do a very good job at painting her nails ether. We spent $27 dollars there. My fiancé had to talk me out of going back and asking for the money back. Defenelty wont be going there again!

Sarah Wright I stopped going when the owner was always arguing with her husband every time I was there. It must be a full-time job to be that miserable with each other. Theres always a child, or two, belonging to staff members making noise and climbing on furniture. You cant relax at all in that environment, especially when Tina wants to pull you into her family drama. Its pretty awful. As for the service itself, the nails come off or break easily and pedicures usually result in bleeding cuts.

Bobby Babb My wife and I just visited there and I have never felt more uncomfortable!!!! We walked in and the place was a wreck , the employees just stared at us and very rudely said “ what do u need?” , my wife told them and they just sat there and looked at each other. Our 2 year old was with us and I’m pretty sure they didn’t want to service us because he was with us. He and I were going to Walmart while my wife got her nails done but that doesn’t matter. When we got up to leave because no one was taking care of us and as we looked around the place was disgusting, they all replied... bye bye!! So rude!!! I will never step foot in that place again!!! There was only one customer in there and I totally know why now!!

Tiffany Gassett Holly is absolutely amazing. An artist! I was nervous using a new salon but wanted something close to home. I went in with an all over box color. I wanted something different and shorter. She did a beautiful balayage. I 100% recommend her. The salon is gorgeous as well!

Beth Greenberg In a word.... Holly! She is amazing. Shes very talented at her craft, and I couldnt be happier with the way my hair looks. I found a keeper! She currently does highlights that hides/blends with my gray hair perfectly, a cute cut as I grow my hair longer, and a lovely blowout. I highly recommend her!

Ericka Patrick I never write a review anywhere, but Im so dissatisfied that I feel the need to do this. I went in there yesterday and showed a few pictures of what I wanted done to my hair, and I came home with 90s looking blonde streaks in my hair. So, my husband called to see if anyone could fix it and my hair looks exactly how it looked when I came in, because I had a highlights in before I came in. Basically paid $160 for my hair to be dyed three times, and washed three times in two days to look like how I came in and not even near the pictures I showed. I gave a $30 tip, and I overheard a lady tipping her stylist $2, so you guys definitely lost a good paying customer because I will never come back in there. I paid way less at Ulta earlier this year, and it was WAY better quality.

Patty Ward Traci is excellent. Showed me how to dry my hair to avoid getting a part. Also showed me the products she used on my hair. Does a great job cutting.

Faith Anglin Got an amino acid treatment done and I am loving it. My hair is manageable and I didnt have to use a bunch of chemicals.. Sharon is amazing. So kind and personable. A true full service hair stylist. Shes also done several of my sew ins and Im always so satisfied.

Betty Faile Excellent product knowledge and sclssor skills. Private booths making services like perms and color treatments less awkward. Stylist dont double up apointments and start on another client while you have a perm or color treatment timer started. Love it

Kimberlee Samuels Charita my stylist you are the whats up! I am always satisfied with my hair. She has that special touch. The salon is spacious and fully equipped. This is a cheerful environment. All the other stylist seems to enjoy what they do. If you have never had your hair done here you need to. I guarantee, you will not be disappointed.

Monica Harris Their natural stylist tamed my daughters tresses without damaging her hair, or affecting her curl pattern. Highly recommended.

Julie Summerfield I have been seeing Merideth for 10 years ( ish) for cut and color . First visit was because I recieved a 1980s frost job ( not that there is anything wrong with that, just not for me) by another Salon. Merideth fixed me up so I would not be embarrassed leaving the house. I appreciate her wanting my hair to be healthy, always being on time, being a tad dorky and making me happy!

Bianca Rodriguez I went here to get my nails done for a Halloween party recently. I showed them a photo of the design I wanted, but I wanted my nails shorter than the photo and asked if it would still work. They said yes and let me tell you... they turned out PERFECT!!!! The staff was super friendly, and the multitasking ability of the owner was a wonder to witness! He would work on my nails and answer the phone, and handle walk-in customers flawlessly! Everyone that came in was promptly seated and serviced after just a few minutes of waiting. I was impressed, as most salons I have been to recently have had very long waits. I have found my new nail salon and will definitely be back as a new, loyal customer!

M J I’d had a previous good experience here. After taking my 2 daughters in with me, will never go back. They completely ripped me off with almost $300 bill for painting nails. I stood there and questioned the pricing while they argued back and forth. I’ll always pay the bill and even tip, if that’s what they claim I owe. But from now on, they’ll never get my entire family back. I’ll warn others to watch their pricing. After being ripped off, our polish peeled off in 2 days and my nails were all cut up by the nail tech that I got put with.

Dusti Fowler Where do I start! First of all I came to Kim a mess. I had been growing my white hair out for almost a year and it still had some old color on the bottom several inches. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and boy did she deliver EXACTLY what I asked for. Tried-color dimension perfectly blended! She’s by FAR the best I’ve used in 20 plus years and she won’t be getting rid of me anytime soon! See you soon!!!

Destiny Mccall My hair was originally dark before my appointment . I booked for a highlight because I wanted to start the process of going lighter . When I came in , I was booked with Ireland . Ireland suggested that I could not achieve highlights because my “roots” were to long , and they were not . She then “fixed my roots” and added a hot pink touch to the money piece I already had . This is my hair exactly a week later , and it looks like complete trash . The owner refuses to call me back , and ignores my messages when I request a refund or for another stylist to fix my hair . I’ve had my hair done many times by a very faithful hair stylist who went back to college so I know for sure what I billed for could’ve been achieved as my hair wasn’t dead or fried . I spent $146 on just the hair alone and it looks no different (besides the little bit of pink added) than it did before I came in . I’m out $180 in total that’s with gas prices included and they cannot even have the curtsey to do anything right . I will now have to pay another $200 to have done what I wanted done the first time , with another hair stylist I have found since encountering them . The blonde money piece photo was two days before the hair appointment and the second photo is exactly one week after .

Kendall Beauford Ireland always does a fantastic job with my hair! This time she transformed the color into blonde cool tones to make my facial tones and eyes really pop. It was very natural looking.
