1 /5 Ericka Patrick: I never write a review anywhere, but Im so dissatisfied that I feel the need to do this. I went in there yesterday and showed a few pictures of what I wanted done to my hair, and I came home with 90s looking blonde streaks in my hair. So, my husband called to see if anyone could fix it and my hair looks exactly how it looked when I came in, because I had a highlights in before I came in. Basically paid $160 for my hair to be dyed three times, and washed three times in two days to look like how I came in and not even near the pictures I showed. I gave a $30 tip, and I overheard a lady tipping her stylist $2, so you guys definitely lost a good paying customer because I will never come back in there. I paid way less at Ulta earlier this year, and it was WAY better quality.
