5 /5 Raven Hatten: Listen…this is NOT your dental visit as a child! If Google allowed more than five stars, I would absolutely give it. I know sometimes as adults we’re anxious about going to the dentist due to trauma we’ve experienced as children. This place will change that mindset! The entire staff is very professional and welcoming. From the moment you arrive, the office manager Tracy gets you checked in with a smile and is extremely courteous and welcoming. The Dental Assistant, Quiana is very professional and personable. I went for a filling and she explained my post op instructions and addressed any concerns that I had. Dr Farhadi was gentle and kind. You’d think it was a regular cleaning as opposed to a filling. I would absolutely recommend this place. Although I went for a dental visit, each visit is very pleasant

Never pushes you to get work, you "dont" need!!

Richard McKnight: I have been going to Muscogee Dentistry for over a year now, and I can confidently say that this is the worst dental office I have ever been to. They have dental assistants cleaning teeth instead of trained professionals. The staff is all family and lacks proper training. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they just give you the runaround. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. I even called the board of dentistry and left a complaint. This is completely unacceptable, and they are charging my insurance for these subpar services. Avoid this place at all costs! The dental office is very unclean and sanitary, this place needs to be closed down!

Zachary Rowell: The office manager is very unprofessional here. If I was only leaving a review for the rest of the staff it would be 5 stars but because you have to deal with this guy and he is so unprofessional and apathetic to your concerns I have to leave this type of review. He told me I needed to pay the entire cost of the work before he can put me in the schedule when this is not true. He tells you he will call you back and on appointments for very important dental operations but never does. He told me he would call me and let me know when a specialist who only come ONCE per month would be coming so I can book it but never did. If they would replace this one crucial aspect of this office I would go back but I had to find another office because of this person.
