Muscogee Dentistry PC - Columbus Richard McKnight: I have been going to Muscogee Dentistry for over a year now, and I can confidently say that this is the worst dental office I have ever been to. They have dental assistants cleaning teeth instead of trained professionals. The staff is all family and lacks proper training. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they just give you the runaround. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. I even called the board of dentistry and left a complaint. This is completely unacceptable, and they are charging my insurance for these subpar services. Avoid this place at all costs! The dental office is very unclean and sanitary, this place needs to be closed down!

The friendly staff, their professionalism in conjuncture the meticulous work performed by Dr Walden, has made a difference in easing my uncomfortableness of visiting the dentist. I’ve had issues with my teeth and have visited two prior dentist with not so great outcomes. Dr. Walden, listens and invests the time to provide a great experience. Aspen Dental - Columbus, GA - Columbus Zachary Rowell: The office manager is very unprofessional here. If I was only leaving a review for the rest of the staff it would be 5 stars but because you have to deal with this guy and he is so unprofessional and apathetic to your concerns I have to leave this type of review. He told me I needed to pay the entire cost of the work before he can put me in the schedule when this is not true. He tells you he will call you back and on appointments for very important dental operations but never does. He told me he would call me and let me know when a specialist who only come ONCE per month would be coming so I can book it but never did. If they would replace this one crucial aspect of this office I would go back but I had to find another office because of this person.

We are always in and out of our appointments in a timely matter and they are great about scheduling our family together which makes it very convenient for us.
