5 /5 wjs tj: I would like to tell everyone how wonderful this office is. The Dentist and her staff are very professional and are very upstanding individuals. Ive been a patient since 2009 and Im still there and I love the way her and her staff took and take care of my dental needs. Im not going anywhere and Im inviting you to come let her and her staff take care of your dental needs.

5 /5 Kiara M: This office is very family friendly. The staff is very welcoming and takes their time with patients in the office, wether they be new patients or continuous patients. Yes, there a wait time here just like there is at most dental offices. Some should give consideration to the fact that this is a small business that the owner started by herself, and also takes walk-ins daily. The staff show a cohesive, well-rounded relationship with each other. I would just check the place out for yourself honestly and not live into the hype of bad comments left here.

5 /5 Q Williams: Ive been a patient of Dr. Freeman-Jackson for 7 years and I have not ever had a problem with her, her office or her employees. This is one of the best office in Columbus, Ga and all her patients respect her and enjoy going to her practice. I dont know of anyone who has or had a problem with her practice. Dr. Freeman-Jackson is well respected in the Columbus ,Ga area and has been for years. I bring my boys here and Ive recommended my family members to her as well and they enjoy her practice. My boys love her and they always asking about her, so I take them to see her from time to time. Just know each visit is a great one and I recommend anyone to come be a patient.

5 /5 Kieana Rochelle: I had an amazing visit with her. She even gave me recommendations to the best orthodontist. But some of these reviews sound like disgruntled employees especially when you say you are a certified dental assistant but have no professional courtesy.

1 /5 Margie Philyaw: First, let me just say that the 2 reviews from 8 months ago are bogus! They were written to boost her ratings. This office is Nasty, Nasty, Nasty, from the front door to back door!! Someone from the Health Department, OSHA, and or the American Dental Association should come and investigate this place, especially since she is trying to get enrolled in the Peachstate for Kids, in order to "get some money in", by being able to render services to more children. How would you like to know, as a patient, that those sterile instruments were cleaned by someone other than your provider. There is not a certified/qualified dental assistant or hygienist on staff. How can this be justified! My advice to anyone reading this... DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!
