5 /5 Hope Heath: I can’t say enough great things about this place: It is so much more than just a kid’s dental office; the incredible staff genuinely want to give their small patients a pain-free and pleasant experience, from the video games in the waiting area, to the chair, the fun sunglasses, the soft blankets and stuffed animals they provide are just a few of my (3) girls favorites when we visit Dr. Christie. This momma’s favorite part about taking her kids to the dentist is quite possibly the personalized movie/show playing on the ceiling above my girl’s sweet heads, or maybe, (it’s the grace, patience, and reassurance they display during our visit(s). It also doesn’t hurt that my kiddos ALWAYS want to know when they’ll get to come back again (and that puts a smile on my face :) I believe in this business so much so, that I drive almost 4 hours from Northwest FL for an appointment!!

Haley took care of my son and was very transparent and informative. Dr McCarley was professional and made sure all of my questions were answered. Highly recommend her practice.

Your babies even get tokens and get to pick prizes out of the machine. They are patient and understanding when your babies have big feelings or are scared. They make you feel like you are the only patient being seen! They have big hearts and gentle hands ❤️

As a dental hygienist myself I like to take my kids to a pediatric office, Dr. Christie is the best of the best! Her office is very kid friendly and well updated on all things dental related. I could not be happier!! Thank you for all you do for my kiddos. :)

I called maybe 7 other practices, most of which were booked solid or had reduced Friday hours, before finding Ideal Smile. They said they could see me immediately. They identified the problem, gave me a treatment plan, and gave me a Rx for the time being until I can be seen by my regular dentist. Everybody was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. The environment is clean, comfortable, and beautiful. I highly recommend!

Tyyeshia Starnes: My fiance and I will not return to this facility. My fiance was spoken to in a manner that was beneath him. All he wanted was an adjustment on his dentures which was paid for 6 days ago. The staff told us if there was any problems to come back, which he did for gum pain due to the dentures. We were not asking for a refund, just an adjustment to the upper denture plate. My fiance stated he flew of the handle and was very unprofessional. I feel bad because I was the one who brought him there to get work done.
