Eliza I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! As someone with serious anxiety about dentist visits, I was blown away by their attentiveness and positive attitudes. From the moment I walked in, I was in the chair within seconds. They thoroughly explained my treatment and provided clear, upfront pricing before we began. On top of all that, they saved me over $1,000 compared to other offices! Highly recommend for both care and affordability!

Tess Morrison Nice facility and welcoming staff but when asked if they were in network for my insurance I was told "No one in Columbus is in Network for TriCare" - like a fool I trusted them and now have a bill for over $200 and cannot see one of the many in network dentists for a year without paying more out of pocket for new patient x-rays. Not a great way to support the military community! I feel embarrassed and taken advantage of as a military spouse who doesnt know the area. I trusted them as professionals to help me and instead I feel tricked and lied to.

nyqban21 I moved to Columbus eight months ago and I knew eventually I had to find a dentist where I would feel comfortable with and establish a long-term goal to manage my teeth. I feel so happy and lucky to have found Columbus Aesthetic & Family Dentistry. Dr. Helton and the entire staff are genuinely warm and welcoming. They embraced me as if I was a long-time patient and honestly, I do feel like part of their family. If youre looking for the right place to provide professional work and at the same time, make you feel like family, then I highly recommend you try Columbus Aesthetic & Family Dentistry--you will not be disappointed!

Curtis Chernikoff My dentist was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me. I had a very tight timeline that needed to be met. Even with the installation being shut down due to inclement weather they communicated clearly and consistently and was able to get my appointment completed prior to my school. It was definitely a team effort across the clinic to get me in but it was that consistent communication that truly made the impact and showed that my needs were a priority and would be met. Ive been a patient since 2009 and Im still there and I love the way her and her staff took and take care of my dental needs. Kiara M This office is very family friendly. The staff is very welcoming and takes their time with patients in the office, wether they be new patients or continuous patients. Yes, there a wait time here just like there is at most dental offices. Some should give consideration to the fact that this is a small business that the owner started by herself, and also takes walk-ins daily. The staff show a cohesive, well-rounded relationship with each other. I would just check the place out for yourself honestly and not live into the hype of bad comments left here.

Q Williams Ive been a patient of Dr. Freeman-Jackson for 7 years and I have not ever had a problem with her, her office or her employees. This is one of the best office in Columbus, Ga and all her patients respect her and enjoy going to her practice. I dont know of anyone who has or had a problem with her practice. Dr. Freeman-Jackson is well respected in the Columbus ,Ga area and has been for years. I bring my boys here and Ive recommended my family members to her as well and they enjoy her practice. My boys love her and they always asking about her, so I take them to see her from time to time. Just know each visit is a great one and I recommend anyone to come be a patient.

Tyyeshia Starnes My fiance and I will not return to this facility. My fiance was spoken to in a manner that was beneath him. All he wanted was an adjustment on his dentures which was paid for 6 days ago. The staff told us if there was any problems to come back, which he did for gum pain due to the dentures. We were not asking for a refund, just an adjustment to the upper denture plate. My fiance stated he flew of the handle and was very unprofessional. I feel bad because I was the one who brought him there to get work done.

Andre Long Dr Kowan is an excellent dentist and his staff is impeccable. They create a very relaxing and family like environment and are extremely kind. He goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction with the care you receive. I highly recommend him to anyone needing quality care.

illustrious Vibe Let me start by saying that Dr. Kowan is a phenomenal man, and he does great work. He’s very knowledgeable and very thorough with the work that he does. My issue is with his staff. The way that they talk to people is unacceptable. I have been a patient going on 9 months, and this would make the second time I have been spoken to in a manner that I will not tolerate. I have always paid any fees that were due upfront and have never giving anyone at the office an issue. Originally, I was told there was no balance. Then prior to scheduling an appointment I was told that I did have a balance, and it would need to be paid BEFORE my appointment, and it was set. Another lady called and said the information I was given was incorrect. She demanded a payment right then and was very rude and nasty when I told her that I would give her a call back, because I was at work. She then proceeds to say well we need it right now, and if you don’t pay the 16.40 we’re canceling the appointment. I called the office back, but they were already closed. My appointment was at 9:30-9:45am today. They opened at 9am. I called as soon as they opened to make the payment and was told “well I told you if you didn’t pay it we were going to cancel it. So we did it like we told you we would”. After paying the fee, I simply asked for my dental records because this was unacceptable. She had an attitude about it. The customer service has been inane! I definitely do not want to deal with any practice who treats their customers like this.

A B Dr. Carpenter is amazing! The staff is always friendly and so nice! Love this office been going for 4 yrs now.

Barbara Gaither Dr. Carpenter and his staff are some of the nicest folks in town. Always make you feel comfortable and cared for! My son has special needs and was complaining of a painful area in his mouth and said he thought his tooth was broken or a filling had come out. It turned out to be something very routine, but they never once made me feel foolish for bringing him in. Took great care and concern in evaluating his situation.

Esemaj Houston Called to make an appointment she said to do a walk in between 9am and 11am. So I did, I get there nobody at reception, its almost 11 at this point when someone finally came to ask me why I was there & she said shed tell someone. I wasnt even acknowledged when someone came back to the desk. So I went back up and told them why I was there again and was told they werent taking anymore walk ins. It wasnt even busy. Trash. Horrible office.
