Even with the installation being shut down due to inclement weather they communicated clearly and consistently and was able to get my appointment completed prior to my school. It was definitely a team effort across the clinic to get me in but it was that consistent communication that truly made the impact and showed that my needs were a priority and would be met. Thank you.

So I did, I get there nobody at reception, its almost 11 at this point when someone finally came to ask me why I was there & she said shed tell someone. I wasnt even acknowledged when someone came back to the desk. So I went back up and told them why I was there again and was told they werent taking anymore walk ins. It wasnt even busy. Trash. Horrible office.
