1 /5 Ruby Harris: Unprofessional and rude, out of all my years of work as a assistant and being a patient. I never experienced the doctor allowing his assistant to be rude and disrespectful to the patients. After this conversation took place over the phone. About a bill for $140 dollars 3 months later, that my daughter was trying to get clarification as to why she was being held responsible. When she had already paid almost $800 , for what they already told her that she was responsible for. Before anything was ever done. But, with the fact of Dr.Albert Caves rude and disrespectful assistant (Valerie). Not knowing how to respectfully and professionally talk to paying customers/ patient. I advise my daughter to go in to speak with the office manager or Dr. Caves himself. As I was on the phone while she was speaking with someone else in the office. Valerie hops into the conversation rudely again being very loud, my daughter asks for the office manager. Valerie goes on to say there’s no office manager, and that she never heard of that. My daughter then asked to speak to Dr.Caves. Which she would allow, after being continually disrespectful and loud to my daughter not even giving her a chance to speak whenever she tried to. Then out of nowhere, Dr. Caves appears with the same rude aggressive tone. As my daughter was trying to speak to Dr.Caves about the situation, and he was listening. My daughter then asked Dr.Caves for a copy of her signed treatment plan. Which they didn’t want to provide, Valerie or Mrs. Caves I thought hops into the conversation again. Continuing to be rude and unprofessional in the presence of Dr. Caves. My daughter informed her again that she wasn’t talking to her and that she’s having a conversation with the doctor. Valerie then talks over her as if she was in charge and says no this is our conversation. I then spoke through the phone and asked if she was the wife or the owner of the place. Which I know everyone heard me , Valerie now aware that someone was on the phone asking my daughter or you trying to set me up. I told my daughter to leave Dr.Caves an valerie bogard with a loud and rude voice told my daughter that she can leave and go somewhere else. I would never recommend anyone to this place and would not at all surprised if this place goes out of business. It will never be successful with treating people this way! However, I pray that no one else will ever have to experience being treated and talked to. The way Dr. Caves and wife or assistant Valerie did to my daughter.
