Dez, my hygienist, was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, she explained everything she was doing in full detail and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Lastly, Dr Elle is the kindest, most caring dentist Ive encountered. She took her time and didnt rush through the questions I had about my treatment plan. The practice as a whole feels like an office that actually understands humans need and deserve to be cared for.

I called maybe 7 other practices, most of which were booked solid or had reduced Friday hours, before finding Ideal Smile. They said they could see me immediately. They identified the problem, gave me a treatment plan, and gave me a Rx for the time being until I can be seen by my regular dentist. Everybody was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. The environment is clean, comfortable, and beautiful. I highly recommend!

All he wanted was an adjustment on his dentures which was paid for 6 days ago. The staff told us if there was any problems to come back, which he did for gum pain due to the dentures. We were not asking for a refund, just an adjustment to the upper denture plate. My fiance stated he flew of the handle and was very unprofessional. I feel bad because I was the one who brought him there to get work done.
