5 /5 Tasha Pfeiffer: Absolutely the kindest people, from the front desk when you walk all the way to people poking in your mouth. We were seen (all four of us!!) very quickly after arrival, even though my new patient paperwork wasnt done yet. We were treated with kindness and compassion the entire time, and absolutely no judgement from them for me being a frazzled mom. My children (toddler and preschool age) were handled gently, and my husband and I were given our treatment plans with thorough explanations of what and how we should proceed, and every single question I had was answered thoroughly and with patience. I am very happy to be a patient here.

From check in to working with the dental hygienist to the doctor everyone was pleasant and concerned about my comfort. When I left the office I understood the treatment plan and the associated costs as well as what I could do to lower the costs. Ive found my new dental office.

Its been the longest 8 months of my life. I am ready to get back. Myself and my wife, daughter and granddaughter, mother in-law, sister in-law are all patients there. Best dentist in the world! Never pushes you to get work, you "dont" need!!

Richard McKnight: I have been going to Muscogee Dentistry for over a year now, and I can confidently say that this is the worst dental office I have ever been to. They have dental assistants cleaning teeth instead of trained professionals. The staff is all family and lacks proper training. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they just give you the runaround. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. I even called the board of dentistry and left a complaint. This is completely unacceptable, and they are charging my insurance for these subpar services. Avoid this place at all costs! The dental office is very unclean and sanitary, this place needs to be closed down!

Zachary Rowell: The office manager is very unprofessional here. If I was only leaving a review for the rest of the staff it would be 5 stars but because you have to deal with this guy and he is so unprofessional and apathetic to your concerns I have to leave this type of review. He told me I needed to pay the entire cost of the work before he can put me in the schedule when this is not true. He tells you he will call you back and on appointments for very important dental operations but never does. He told me he would call me and let me know when a specialist who only come ONCE per month would be coming so I can book it but never did. If they would replace this one crucial aspect of this office I would go back but I had to find another office because of this person.
