2 /5 Art 101: I was very excited when I was referred to this auto place. Whenever I called on the phone to make an appointment, I was told that they could help fix an issue with my brake. Whoever I spoke to on the phone said that it would most likely be fixed, but they didnt know if the model of my car if they had the resources to do it. However, she put me down to fix it and that honestly wasnt even the issue. When I physically went in, I was only put down for an inspection. I asked them if they could at least look at it. The worker was very rude and blunt with me after I tried to be respectful. I also asked about another issue with my car could be looked at because I was already there. They were very kind to look at both issues. However, the worker called me and told me why I hadnt come to pick it up with a very disrespectful tone. I was then told nothing was wrong with my brake and made me seem like I was paranoid. Im getting it checked with someone else who told me there was in fact an issue with it. Im very dissapointed by my service because I saw such good reviews. I dont know if these were the usual workers but I felt very talked down to and nothing ended up getting fixed.
