From the moment I called, I felt extremely welcomed. I dropped my car off the night before, and unlike other shops where I’ve had to follow up myself, Rebecca called me before I even had breakfast! She kept me updated on my vehicle’s issues and was incredibly thoughtful about my situation, knowing I live in Hinesville and ensuring I wouldn’t make an unnecessary trip if my car wasn’t ready.
Even though I had to bring my car back due to a faulty sensor, they promptly ordered the part and worked me in immediately to get it corrected. I was able to sit and wait while they fixed everything quickly and efficiently. Unlike other service centers, I genuinely felt a sense of trustworthiness—they stand behind their work, and that means everything.
Not only did I receive top-notch customer service and quality repairs, but I also felt like I was part of a family. Rebecca and I chatted like long-lost cousins, and I even had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Dietmar, who walked me outside, and despite our age differences, we found ourselves laughing together like old friends.
Autobahn Service Center has earned my trust for life. From now on, this is the only place I will take my vehicle for service. Highly recommended!
